Bonus Rounds that Give a Big Fat Zero Payout!

Hiya LCB'ers,

The biggest thrill on slots is to finally trigger on the Bonus Round. My fav bonus rounds are free spins, the more the merrier! But what drives me absolutely crazy is not getting a single red cent after receiving 10, 15 or 25 spins.

Can't they just humor us and give us at least a teeny tiny win? Every time this happens to me i know i should just get off the darn machine but i keep waiting thinking that it will make up for it with a fantastic bonus round the next time. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it don't.

Have you ever gotten zero credits and if so do you get off the machine or think it means a a good one is around the corner?

I could feel my head want to explode as I think back to zero bonuses. OMG  I have visions of throwing everything in sight. In a land based casino I envision tipping over all the slot machines. Ugh there's nothing worse than the excitement of a bonus only to get zip.

To answer your question lips, I do keep playing thinking a decent bonus is around the corner. I have had back to back zero bonuses and that's when I lose my mind. I have to walk away when it happens back to back and doesn't payout during regular play.

i have to agree,... i have played $10 or $12.50 a spin about emptying my balance to hit the bonus and then get 5 or 10 x your bet...painful

The only place (I can recall) having a zero win on free spins was Jackpot Party Casino.  I did carry on playing and finally hit a nice round.  I tend to carry on thinking (hoping) the next round will be a good'un.

OMG blue, that is so true. It happens all the time with WMS software. At the land based casinos, they have a lot of new WMS slots too which is featured at Jackpot Party and the zero bonuses are pretty frequent. Lips was just saying how terrible it is that they program the software to do that. It's just downright cruel!

Cannot remember it happening to me but have gotten some pretty $hitty wins hardly cover my wager. Second i get a bonus like that i leave. I won't give them a dime more of my money and move on.

Bah don't even get me started on big fat zero bonus rounds. I have dumped hundreds waiting for the friggin bonus round and then get nothing. Like a fool i dump more in confident next time it will do me right.

I had to laugh out loud when i read about your head exploding. Looking back it is funny but not at the time and want to call the machine every name in the book.

dabidog it sure is painful when you up your bet and get a lousy bonus round that barely covers or tops your wager.

Omg i do know all too well blue about the WMS games i live that out at the land based casinos.

Froggy you are beyond hysterical with the dramatic antics of the dreaded zero credits and it is sooooooo darn true is it enough to make your head explode!

Liquor you sound like a smart gambler and it is a lesson i could learn and elevator i relate all too well dumping money in a machine waiting for the miracle to happen.

lately i've been quite unlucky too...
played with 100% deposit the amount never gets bigger than the deposit+bonus and also all the free spins/bonus is the worst won at most 5-10times the bet

I think i would rather have far and in between bonus rounds if they would pay good then have more and pay nothing. But then again sometimes they are far and in between and still don't pay well............sigh.

I can't really remember if that ever happened to me but I very often end up getting less than $1 in bonus rounds. When free spins start I keep repeating "Please, don't stay at zero!" I can't remember right now which slot it was, but after 10 free spins I had $0.02.
