Bonus Troubles

I feel the need to purge the taint of frustration from my mind that was bwin.

Over the weekend I was invited to participate in the bonus on bwin's Instant Play casino, I think its new maybe?? It was a 50% deposit bonus up to 100 euros with 40x WR, I read the T&C, deposited 200 euros and away I went. After wagering the 40x and with a balance of 325 I couldn't sell my chips so I sent support an email request amount still left to reach the requirements.

All sounds good so far right... wrong! I received a reply which informed me I still had 2188 chips left to wager, and that you must play with real money for it to count. I interpreted that to mean I had played some of the previous 40x in play for fun mode accidentally. So I logged back in and wagered another 2188 chips with a total of 443 and still couldn't withdraw. Another email sent and the reply was exactly the same as the first saying 2188 chips.

At this point I stopped and went "ah oh I've got a problem" and read the casino rules, terms and conditions of the promotion and couldn't find any error in my play and thus my emailing of support continued. As it turns out, the bonus requirements could only be met by wagering real money chips, this is not mention in the T&C at all and I tried to argue that I'd met the bonus requirements as stated in the T&C's. Well you can guess how well that end and sick of the whole situation deposited more money in and cleared the bonus after wagering over 80x and finished on 752 euros. I guess there was good in bad as I ended up putting 350 into the casino and walking away +402 so I came away with a bigger profit then if I'd been able to withdraw in the first place.

I wouldn't want to go through that kind of frustration again though and it could have been easily avoided with just one point in the promotions terms and condition that stated that only real money chips counted toward wagering requirements.
