betphoenix tournaments

I know i should keep quiet until these tournaments over, but you guys problly know me by now, i cant keep quiet for long, lol, need to say it all out whether bad or good experieces i have.  i  made 3 deposits the lst 3 dys, for total of $85 to betphoenix, just to play these tournies.  i'm curretly in first place of 3 paid tournies, $600, $825 and $900 tournament, hoo.  3rd plce with $400 and $625 tourney  ,:P , didnt have luck with the free tournaments thou.   if nobody join this next couple hours, then i'll collect around $1k plus  :P

I deposited $20 a few weeks ago for these tourneys and have played and played and played. I got my total up over $80 but started doing terrible.  I was back to $25 and last nite when the i guess 3 days were up i won  over $130.  I saw TAAAAADAAAA on the leader board in very good shape in the big tournies with 3 hours to go last nite.  I just wish the games would change from the same 3, lol.  Good luck all !!!!!!!!

Depositing Clients that have enrolled in our Tournaments and have won will be subjected to a playthrough of 1X the amount and No Max cashout

Look into that to make sure if you win you can cash it out.I would hate to see you have to play what you have won and then lose it.

it's true, allgood.  The chat i had above was with Dean , betphoeix manager.  i and prolly most of you do not like this rule, but wht can we do? nothing.  i was just lucky yesterday, i won up to $1500 from $1200.  The money is considering as cash and you can not check ur playthru progress thou, you can only guess on the amount that you wager.  Betphoenix is the only casino having this rule.

That is the most ridiculous thing.  Well that sealed the deal..no more depositing there.

I really start to wonder if Nicholas Johnson from BP is really the same as Nichols Johnsen from Vegas Regal.

TaaaDaaa, a Rushmore rep told me there was a 1x wager requirement on both winnings and deposits at their casino, so cashing out my win at last week's slot tourney was a little difficult

i did not wager 1x requirement for my $2500 winning two weeks ago, and they paid me without any problem.  here is the chat i had with rushmore rep

i cant help but agree i know alot of people like betphoenix and to each their own but I'm very wary on this.Ive seen some really ridiculous rules and very bad practices coming from there.Ive only seen A few casinos do these things in my year of online gambling and they were rogue casinos.Makes you wonder.

There are also a limit on freefolls you can play if you havnt made a deposit. Didnt know that till today.

If you have a 0 balance you will have this problem.  Ask support and they will put a penny in for you which is what you need in your account to play freerolls.

Yes they do, however, they DID send a player "Dipity" an email stating they were dropping that requirement. Well, guess they didn't after all and now tacked on a 1X PT on winnings from the tourneys also...

I wonder what other rules they have, but haven't posted on their website?

the RTGs seem to really be sliding. I loved Lock until their payments went from hours to weeks and BP until they went all wonky. I stick with one or two microgamings and Intercasino

Our tournaments are many times negative value for the casino. We mostly have as many as we have, and with the size we do, to use as a marketing vehicle. We feel a 1x playthrough to avoid abuse is a fair requirement in exchange of being able to provide bigger better, more frequent tournaments.

In general, we have received good response from our tourneys, but these posts are being monitored and will be used to improve our service, together with the direct feedback we receive.

We pay all our players, 99.9% of the time on time, we give fabulous bonuses and tournaments and we have great service.

Aside from a few players that are angry that we don't give them free money, you won't find much in the way of complaints. And the fact that people get angry when we don't give them our bonuses, just tells us that our bonuses must be pretty good.

I just got $20 free today from Bet Phoenix, did not even ask for it. I did ask them after they put it in my acct why? Their response because I never take bonuses. 

THAT'S a little hasty as well. I've seen my share of complaints. What casino wouldn't flout itself as 99.9%? I can only go by the threads and I see good AND bad and not all bonus related

yes, there's the proof, ty Nicolas...you complain, you get booted. And if you read the threads, there are unhappy customers; several. But now we know how you keep happy customers; dump unhappy ones instead of making them happy

Bet Phoenix is the ONLY RTG with this many free tournaments!!!! I do not recall a review thread from hummmh lets see Club world, or maybe inetbet or Rushmore even. So to blast a casino rep like Nic for even caring enough to listen to the players. I do not agree with your comments. Bet Phoenix does pay their players, they have more free tourneys than any other RTG, and they have the most caring casino rep of all the other rtg casinos.

The only comments that were somewhat unhappy customers, one I read they wanted to cashout on a free tournament win but did not make ANY deposits at Bet Phoenix none, zip, nada. But they sure enjoyed playing their free rolls everyday until they won? Come on now. That is like a little bully kid on the playground give it to me, give it to me, give it to me. But you did not make a deposit like EVERYONE else. Really, how is that requirement unfair? It's not. As far as the terms I read the casino reserves the right for any reason blurb. have you read the same terms on ALL RTGS, they are if you have not you are in for a surprise. The free tourney would not open up for me today, so I went to chat and they said i have to at least have a penny in my acct for the free tourney to download and allow me to play it. I had a zero balance I just said thankyou and shut down the casino. I did not throw a fit and say geeze give it to me let me play. Everyone else is playing. Bet Phoenix is fair, they pay if you win, they want to hear your comments, they have the best casino rep, who treats everyone fairly. Make a dep, follow the rules, read the terms if you claim a bonus.

well i have never let a cashout(small )come thru so i cant base an opinion on the payment process but i do know we are all entitled to our opinions and after reading the terms we must decide as individuals to play or not.I m confused (very) and i guess as for myself i can only add comments of understanding for my fellow lcbers complaints and grievances (if there is any concrete evidence to stand on)i will now remove myself from further comment to this post for any conclusions i come to has to come from experience and i have none at all(i can honestly say that the customer service is great and the bonuses need work i never take them )now i will shut up thanks for letting me post

I have no complaints with betphoenix,they are the only casino that have so many tourneys both freeroll and buy-ins.I'v seen other casinos that the have NO freerolls.I love playing there and will continue to.My hubby had a account there that I sometimes play (since only one per household) and I can understand what Nic is saying.I am not trying to bash other lbc'ers just stating my experience with them.

well, I know this I won 99 on a tournament last week and made the playthru then redeposited and won 750, waiting on a payout now and I am happy. Once you know the rules you play by them and you don't have a problem..

My only issue is that on pay entry tourneys then we have to have a one times playthrough.  Yes the tourney winnings are great amounts but I just feel you are risking losing your buy in when you play and then if you win you have to make playthrough.  I understand what Nicholas said about the casinos losing money but something about it just doesn't seem right.  Customer lose money constantly when they chose to play and now possibly lose money when they play their winnings because they don't have a choice.  I use to play a lot of BP tourneys and love them but I don't think I'll be wanting to even make a small deposit because the odds are stacked against me with playthroughs on tourney winnings and then waiting almost a week to get paid.  Definitely a house advantage but that is the customers choice to deposit or not.
