Breach of confidentiality: What would you do??

My husband went to live support to redeem a No deposit code at GO casino.  Of course, they refused to honor it.  What did they do afterwards????

They gave him ALL of MY deposit information.  Every dime I have deposited since I started.  

What the hell?????  >:(

I should note we both have account numbers written down... but not passwords, which is nobodys business.

If it was your account, and logged in under your username, they would assume he was you.  And if it wasn't you on your account, they would probably consider that a security breach and block your account.

My husband called a casino about a promotion mail received in the mailbox.  They had my username wrong, and were promising $50 in my account and $10 to verify the current info by phone.  They didn't respond as to why the postcard had an incorrect username, they said I couldn't have the $50, or the $10, and told him how much money in free chips I had already redeemed.  He didn't ask.  They didn't ask who he was.  They didn't ask for me.

I don't understand why they would do that and yes, it's definitely in breach of confidentiality.

I would certainly be complaining and asking for an explanation as to why they revealed this information to a third party.  I know he's your husband, but he is still a third party.

I spoke to a manager who agreed that yes, it was a breach.  She apologized profusley, made no excuses and comped my account for the trouble.

The support person did know he was speaking with my husband, not me.

Now... Can I ask a moderator to possibly delete all these posts? 

Even though I was wronged, I don't want to be a griper since they DID resolve the issue, the best was they could.
