Buyer beware.......shady as they come!

It's not like me to typically post something, especially when it comes to on line gaming (just makes you look like a poor sport, i think anyway).  But the shenanigan's going on at AC Casino need exposure.  Here's the scoop.  Like clockwork, every single time that I hit something somewhat substantial, the site tells me I got disconnected,  the first two times, although unhappy about it, didn't think to much of it.  6th, 7th, and 8th time and something shady is going on.  This only occurred after a bit hit while playing slots (regardless of which one).  Fair warning.....steer clear of this particular site.  And no, it's not my pc either.....I do work in IT for a Fortune 15 company and know how to verify this.  In fact, I pulled various trace logs detailing everything my system did within that time period.  Well, have to go research which legal channel this will be getting reported to first.  Can you say 'class action'? Good luck gaming all, just please don't do it at AC Casino!

hey, did you find out where you report that kind of stuff? i would really really like to know and if you could make a post telling everyone how that would be even better, there are too many little things like that goin on at these places...there is one that doesnt even have ONE single means of getting a hold of them in the casino. the support email is completely wrong, the phone number doesnt work anymore and there is no live chat, i had to hunt them down online and the phone was completely different, but their email only slightly different as was their name...

another MAJOR complaint i have and the one i want to report:

i would like to say that they have something very very wrong with their
"calculator". i played the lcb3500 and did very very well. hit the jackpot on santa's revenge. at several times before that had my balance up in the thousands then up over twenty thousand, played back down to around 8000 when i inquired about my playthrough. i was told that i had only wagered just over 1600. i complained and explained everything about the winning and my balance and asked if they could ck again. he came back and told me that he would have his manager get a hold of me later that night. no one ever did. i sent an email complaining and no one ever got back to me. i couldnt believe how i was completely blown off and after having such a good experience with winning and all..i was so happy i was actually gonna win something...i know my playthrough was over $40,000 and the requirements were something like 54,000. i still have not heard a word from them, while waiting i managed to lose every penny never hitting one single good thing again, 8,000 zoom gone. makes a person wonder if there is some sort of switch they throw just before u are actually gonna win. i am absolutely beside myself at the lack of concern or correspondence with me regarding the matter and even more flabbergasted that they could actually say i had only wagered 1600.

I had an experience similiar to that at no win palace and I never forgave them or deposited there again .....and it was the same like a bad switch had been tipped....and what made me the maddest was the playthough requirement they said it was 50 cent to the dollar o.k. and I posted that here and a day later they changed it to a dollar for a dollar.....and now they have bought casino titan.....and I will never deposit there again either...the only sure way for us players to get there money is live land casino's....

it sucks to be ripped off by these casinos i totaly understand and feel yoru pain THEY SUCK FOR THAT!!
