        i want to vent about this casino but realized I would be posting in wrong spot so disregard. No I looked at all the other links and since this is about an No Deposit coupon I guess this is where I post. If wrong place please forgive and move to correct spot....Received an email from Captain Jacks Casino. It said We Miss you Come back. Contact Live Help for free 10 no deposit coupon.  So I did. They told me that because I had used a no deposit coupon when I downloaded them. (I think it was an LCB exclusive but its been awhile so I'm not sure) that my accounts been locked from using any coupons until I make a deposit. And that they had a very good deposit bonus for me.  >:(  I told them no thanks and to stop sending me email stating they were missing me and giving me free money to play and then not honoring it. I told him it was pretty bad when they are the ones contacting me about receiving free ND coupons to use and to contact them just for them to try to intice me into deposting. I depositquite a bit of money at places but they are places that honor what they say.  OK through venting now

        I was never sure why casinos do that. I think it has to do with their system settings, which are set to send an email like that one to each player which hasn't logged in or deposited for a specific amount of time. Or it could be a system error. It happened to me once, a casino sent me an email that I got a $200 free chip, and when I went to claim it, it just wasn't there. The support told me it was a system error, but the casino manager corrected the mistake by giving me a couple of cool bonuses. But it still p***ed me off!  >:(
