    Has anybody had a problem not being able to access the cashier at a casino.  For some reason. most of the RTG casinos I used to play will no longer let me access the cashier.  I get a "Page not found"  message.  I have never had any issues with a casino and when contacting live support they just say it works fine on their end and to try another browser.  I have tried 3 different browsers.  Some casinos i have no issue at all.  Could someone please advise?

    Are all your add-ons in your browsers up to date - particularly silverlight and java?

    Alaternatively, download the desktop version.

    Coolcat, Lucky Red, Prism, just to name a few. And browsers add-ons ok.  This happens even when I download.

    I am not allowed to create an account with coolcat but I have one on lucky red.I tried to access the cashier on both versions,instant play and download.They are working just fine.Something is wrong with your computer,do you use proxy?

    There is apparently something going on with all RTG powered casinos, games are down as well. All we can do is be patient and wait, Im confident it will be fixed.

    Few months ago i had the same problem with Intertops Casino Classic and Intertops Red casino,but after 2 months or so everything was ok

    I am quite sure everything will be fine, I guess it's just a matter of time, maybe they had some tech problems. I have an account at Lucky Red and I tried to access my cashier and everything worked fine, so either wait a bit or contact live support, maybe they'll have some suggestion. Good luck anyways smiley
