        Task me with your job now, Spin Time and Rival Softwares.? One glitch, follows[1].

        Found several bugs in Casino software today. Was disappointed with a machine that did 100 spins at 3% at Casino previously, but was trying out this one today. Spin Time Casino, now. . .found also here, one bug. Rival software is bugged? Maybe's?

        From another Casino previously, reported a potential problem for Firestorm 7's settings, in this "New Machine" promotion and unfortunately, lost all my Bonus money as well as Deposit. Easily solved problem, though. If I don't like being at your Casino, casino, I'm using my rights as a Customer to xxxx off somewhere else. Casino. No fun for me. Goodbye? Yes. Bail!

        100 spins at 3% is $3 from $100? Isn't that meant to have been 97% ppl? Even potentially potentially possible losses can be accounted for. So. You might be able to account for this error and satisfy my emails for, at least, yourselves.

        Good customer service operators, of which I am one myself (when I was a working CSR), will make jobs easier by doing a job well done, themselves.

        I can only suggest a considered recompense for our/my own due diligence, thus making me capable to move forward from my frustration at not knowing, one way or the other, if my unhappy experience was or wasn't a mistake? Sure, I'd love for your to give me another $285 for $28,500 in spins. No. I would rather you stake me $25 in monies I can use any which motherloading way I please at your Casino, but then again, I'm also hoping you'll at least just fix that bug. Right? Eh

        So. Does anyone else agree with me that a person who finds a glitch in someone elses software, bugs it, documents it, then reports it to the casino, should then be buttered up by the CSR's who fix the bug by a small bonus monies of "here is $25 of bonus monies for you sir, thanks for your trouble and have some fun now sir, i hope your enjoy the rest of your experiences here at our fantastic casino!! 

        (ps, since I hate your machine now, I wouldn't be thinking of trying it again. I might go suss out your live roulette, or somesuch thing eh??)

        I had to edit your post because of the language used. I am not quite understanding what errors/glitches you are describing. Did you receive 100 spins but had a bummer win? You lost your bonus and deposit, was it replaced by the casino. Finally your screen shot is showing what glitch?

        The screenie shows a win line not being paid out. You can clearly see three clods, but the "last win" shows $0. Well, this was the best I could do to show the Casino enough info to get them to check their db. Ergh, I had seen this a few times on spins running on Auto, but it wasn't really until this spin, which was a manual "click", that I got to see it fully. The spin shows a win, as I said, without a line payout.

        Sorry if I'd used offensive language, yesterday I was in a really cranky mood. Sorry about that.

        From the screenshot, it looks as though you have only bet on 1 line and the win appears to be on another line i.e. not the line that would actively pay.  The line win is on line 2 and you haven't paid to play that line, hence no win.

        Yes, blue is right, to win on that line you need 2 lines active. You had active payline number 1 only (payline number is yellow when it is active)
