well, i didnt recive any word from casino clubs support,so i made request for a withdrawal. now w8ing for money, the processing time for payouts are 1-4 days(working of course)...

Hi, I want to tell you this bonus not for all countries! Some countries (my, for example) aren't able to receive it. I only able to receive it's basic 25 euro bonus
well, thats not the case here. i always check for the T&C before registering, and always look for the list of the restricted countries. Anyways, like i said , i did send them a email asking for explanation, but since they didnt reply, i had cashed out.... still w8ing 4 money.. -

Agree with you, nikola81! CC is well-known and reputable casino. But situation with zuga is really strange...
strange or not, the fact is that i DIDNT get response from them...what can i say, its weird !
i didnt have problem with withdrawing my deposit, but why they didnt give me a match up bonus is still mistery to me... oh well what can you do

no, need for that, its what they say : water under the bridge... and because i made withdrawal of my initial deposit , im not in title to receive a match up bonus...and that bonus is supposed to be automatically given, but since i didnt get it,i cahsed out( after my email wasnt replied)...so more luck to you all guys
