Casino.com&Lesa big problem €9600 not being paid

I have been a VIP customer there since October 2011. During that time they invited me to deposit multiple times and I purchased there €5415.

All of a sudden when I won over 18,600 EUR they stopped being friendly and closed my accounts.

They asked for notarized documents which helped to be paid 9000 of my winnings but it didn't help to be paid the rest.

In an Email they sent me they say I abused their bonuses which is not true as I played mainly slots and maybe Casino War in the past.

They also blame me of being connected to other accounts which is also not true.

We regret to inform you that your account has been suspended and that we will make arrangements to void your winnings in accordance with 16.1 of our terms and >conditions. The reason for this is that, after extensive review, our Security team has found you to be abusing our bonuses and to be linked by unique identifiers to other >members. More excuses not to pay - these casinos are getting worse. 

So you actually got the $9000 and they don't want to pay you the rest so they have come up with this excuse.  Have you considered taking action against them? 

I guess you won't be playing there any more then.  So sorry to hear this.

That's really lame excuse not to pay you. The problem is that more and more casinos uses the same tactics.

What annoys me more than anything here, is the fact that they already paid $9,000!  It just doesn't tally with their excuse not to pay.

Ahh kahn very sorry to hear that. I would fight them for it and don't give up until they can justify their claims or pay up.

ooooh casinos like this really make me mad, ive heard stories like this so many times..fight for your money and when you do get it, please dont ever go back to them.

so quick to take your  a deposit goes thru in a matter of minutes.if you win some casinos come up with anything under the sun not to pay(well mrs or mister,we are sorry but we cant pay because we think your cat jumped on the keyboard and the reels spent ,therefore your recent 20,000 is void for letting your kitty play 8'|

Yeah online casinos are becoming a joke and fast. It is true all good things must come to an end. Americans can not play but mainly RTG casinos and a down economy is really hurting them. They are only open to bottom feed. Keep the losers, Play small winners and void large wins. This is the new motto.
