I'm pretty sure they do play with the software and decide who win what and went.

They other day I've won 400$ AT Villento CASINO, I've withdraw 300$ but after looking at there winner of the month I've decide to risk it all, 50$ then 50$ then 100$ and 100$ all the time slot act crazy, weird slot turn like someone or something was screwing the games.
Anyway I lose it all, then get back to live support asking for a little freebies.
The Support reply : WE GIVE YOU 400$ BONUS ( What ? ) there's no more bonus at this time, funny thing I never get 400$ bonus in the pass, some 25$ here and there but nothing close to 400$, So I guess he was talking about the 400$ THEY GIVE ME, I was in shock.
I then tell him about the way that the slot turn he reply " Would you rather prefer that we disconnect you  from the server instead ? " WHAT ?

So they do play with the software they get a license like windows or Bid Soft, then they can set HOW MUCH They want to give to some players, depending how much CASH they've got in.

I realize after this that IT'S NOT RANDOM, OR LUCK but simply PRE- PROGRAM  IN THERE NICE SOFTWARE, Our chance of winning 3,000$ 5,000$ as they claim on there web site are pure fantasy, sure some WIN but over all THEY ARE THE BIG WINNER ! We're only the loser that believe in this crap, believe that they don't TOUCH the program.

It's the same with RTG, went you start to win OH Funny thing slot disconnect, wont stop no more, FREE Spins are nearly GONE

So don't be foul....IT'S JUST A STUPID SOFTWARE Some play the game fair, most play the game in there favor it's all a RIPOFF.

Since then I wont spend my money on online casino that much if I spend 20$ I don't expect much, but if you get 100$ withdraw, don't expect big jackpot from online casino.

What, after looking at the winner of the month, made you change your mind with your withdrawal?  Did you think you could be their winner of the month?

        Hi VaRiXD,

Casino software does have some play as far how loose games are. We have to remember that the casinos are in it to win it and so are we as the gambler. Whether it is a land based casino or an online casino the house is always going to have the edge.

The only online software i have heard that allows operators to tweak games is RTG and i must admit i have only read an article or 2 about this and can not confirm that it is indeed true. Slots run hot and cold and i see it a lot at the land based casinos which most of the software is the same as online. I can play a hot paying machine for 2 weeks and then it runs completely cold.

I definitely think that these slots can be tightened up a notch or two particularly if it is paying out left and right. The question we have to ask ourselves is this fair to do and should any casino operator have the right to do this.

Looking at it with a completely open mind, as a casino owner if a machine is paying out too much then yeah i would want that machine to be tightened up for a bit. From a gamblers perspective we don't agree for obvious reasons.

Where we are left in the dark as a gambler is just how much leverage does an operator have to tighten up a machine and how much. If they are licensed by a strong reputable regulatory board then they would not have the freedom to tighten up a machine too much.

I think the key is to see where an online casino is licensed with. Many players don't put much stock in that but it is an important part of deciding where to play.
