        I have deposited to Casino Extreme more than 3,000$ from LCB and i went to live chat to ask cashback

        ANSWER WHAT I GOT:

        "This is 8th day of your deposits , in our terms&conditions it says you get cashback if you reguest it max 7 days after deposits."

        Again, they lost highroller.

        That is ridiculous behavior. I would be PO'd to say the least, I definately wouldn't play there again.

        I am supprised they did you like that.  I have allways had positive experiences with support there.  You might want to try shooting them an e-mail.  While live suppore can not allways help e-mail support has more freedom to fix this type of problem.  I have even been given promochips credited to my account as apoligy for making me wait for a response.

        I am not looking any freechip stuff.
        I am just suprised they done this to me.
        I can give my word I will not play there again.

        I know what you mean,  it may have been the person you talked to also.  I know for a fact that the first time I recived the cashback they gave it for all my deposits because I did not know about it untill after I had made a couple of deposits.  I just went to live support and asked about it because I saw it in their review here.  Oh well lots of other places to play.
