"This is 8th day of your deposits , in our terms&conditions it says you get cashback if you reguest it max 7 days after deposits."

That is ridiculous behavior. I would be PO'd to say the least, I definately wouldn't play there again.

I am supprised they did you like that.  I have allways had positive experiences with support there.  You might want to try shooting them an e-mail.  While live suppore can not allways help e-mail support has more freedom to fix this type of problem.  I have even been given promochips credited to my account as apoligy for making me wait for a response.

I know what you mean,  it may have been the person you talked to also.  I know for a fact that the first time I recived the cashback they gave it for all my deposits because I did not know about it untill after I had made a couple of deposits.  I just went to live support and asked about it because I saw it in their review here.  Oh well lots of other places to play.

As was said previously, live support pretty much has their hands tied as far as policy goes, but if you email support@casinoextreme.eu they have a much greater leeway to satisfy you. I love this casino and their sister site Brango. These are my go to sites. The instant payouts are just that, 5 minutes tops, except for the first because of verification, that took an extra 6 minutes. Anyway, to make a short story long, I hope that you rethink your patronage at Casino Extreme and if not then try Brango Casino.

Hi I use to play at extreme , I played about 6 months. If you deposited with crypto you don't have to be verified.  That is in there rules. I've won alot there , not all at one time but every time I requested a withdrawal to my bitcoin wallet I received my payout in less than 10 minutes every time. I hope this helps. Also they should offer you to make a small crypto deposit that will make the withdrawal process quicker too
