    Due to their Not Recommended status we did not feel comfortable sending a reviewer to Casino Extreme.

    Casino Extreme don't appear to be particularly well trafficked and we could find little information about them coming from players. What we did find is that XXX lists them as 'Not Recommended' due to their unresponsiveness to player complaints and there have been issue communicating with affiliates as well as highlighted at AGD.

    As such we are going to set Casino Extreme's complaint status to Red until we have reason to change it.

  • Extreme has been one of the best casinos I have ever dealt with! I play every day & have for several years. I do not play at many RTG's because of the reputation that follows them, however, I deposit at Extreme several times a week & I have withdrawn just about as much as I have deposited. The transactions are always instant & I am on a first name basis with all of the support staff team. Every person who is questioning Extreme's ability to pay can just look at the previous posts I have made about them.

    For instance on my first $20 deposit, I cashed out $250+ ... then a few days later, I deposit two or three separate 20s & cashout $450+ INSTANTLY! The average time from the moment I pressed the withdraw was less than 10 mins. Sometimes less then a minute!

    Personally, I have screenshots of most of the details I listed for you here, so if you need more reassurance just say the word & I will try to find a few moments to post them for you this week... It is super busy for me!

    LOL well this is funny and ironic it is because of a post of yours commending Casino Extreme for accepting bitcoins last summer the reason I signed up and started playing there. Now you are throwing stones at them because of where they are blacklisted due to the country where there gaming license is located.

    I have never had any problems with them in fact they pay out very fast in bitcoin. Within 15-30 minutes each time.

    Support there is very friendly and helpful. Mikey always has been very pleasant to deal with.

    However, no one should be taking that awful sign up bonus which gives 100% which isn't bad but you are capped at a max cashout of 5x your deposit I had a friend I referred there and used it and was so happy when he won around $300 and found out the bad news because he deposited $20 he was only able to withdrawl $100. Its the worst in the industry.

  • These warning signs just went up. I been online gambling since 1998. When those other reputable sites puts up warning signs. I heed to them. LCB may or may not know what's going on at the time. But I try to make them and the players aware. Some people thought Slots Jungle was a great place and didnt heed warning signs and got burnt in the end. Same as with Rushmore. Sometimes you just have to stop and listen no matter how good things seems to be...

    The licensing problem is far more complicated and it has nothing to do with our behavior. Things is that we purchased a better license from legit company which turned to be the worst decision we have ever made .This case has been escalated to a court trial now but we have no further update on this .
    Most importantly ,we have applied for a new license and the setup is almost completed .We will keep you posted!

    Regarding the blacklist status which has been posted .
    We  have no power to control that ,the first post was related to our jurisdiction and it has nothing to do with the payments or any other issues ,In fact this is the email I've received today :

    I don't know what site you are listing as being removed. But as of right now you are still listed at this large site as blacklisted, and an even larger site have a big no no as well. The reps for many black listed casinos used to come on here and say the same things you do. Only later to find out them being black listed was the right call. I suggest you try and straighten out all of these reasons and clear your name. Because some of us veteran gamblers knows to steer away from casinos that are black listed at multiple sites.
  • This is a shame chocolateman you are resorting to this. Casino Extreme has been nothing but great experience for me and like you I've been gambling online since the late 90s. I've seen it all and been shafted on payments by what these other sites you refer to would consider accredited casinos like 3dice for example and many RTG casinos that play games with stalling payments etc. The few times I've won at Casino Extreme from withdrawl to payment received has NOT taken longer than 30 minutes. Find me any other RTG casino that can do this. I used to have issues with RTG casinos taking so long to move the withdrawl from pending status and ended up reversing so many nice wins throughout the years. That simply won't happen at Extreme as they process it within a couple minutes when going to the live chat and there is no way to reverse. The support there is awesome and always friendly and helpful..

    Like I said before I find this funny it was because of a post of yours commending them that I looked into their site and found out about it. Now you hold some huge grudge with them? Seems unfair and unwarranted.

    The fact that they accept and withdrawl in bitcoin is awesome and I'll continue to play there despite these warnings about their licensing jurisdiction. Also Bitcasino has this same warning due to the E Montenegro license but they are also truly awesome. The only two casinos I play at and trust with my money.

    I've had far worse problems with these so called "accredited" casinos.

  • Shame resorting to what? Because there are issues that needs to be addressed? So what they have been good to you. Rushmore group was good to a lot of players too. Slot Jungle was also good to players. But guess what? They ran off and they were black listed all over before it happened. You think that you the sole reason why Casino Extreme shouldn't be held to fix their problems? What if they pull the same issues here that has been warned about elsewhere? Many of us here warned about various casinos here for only later to become true. If Casino Extreme is being blacklisted by sites that are well respected then its should warrant LCB to take a look at these issues including their relationship with said casino. Some junkies don't care where they find a fix as long as they get a fix.

    When I saw Chocolate's warning I didn't really check it out because I felt confident about my relationship with Extreme. When I returned to find this discussion continues, I decided I would take the time to read over the information & conduct my own investigation.

    I bounced around the net reading player-submitted reviews about Extreme & studied the warning Chocolateman posted in this thread. I was more confused then I was convinced by the warning, their category point system & their reasoning. For example, the customer service is listed as 10/10. I agree with that score. However, if customer service is at the top of the scale, how can the same review cite non-responsive customer service? I can't imagine a scenario that the most elite customer service rating would be given to a non-responsive team. Furthermore,  If 9/10 reviews on LCB list Extreme as one of the fastest payouts around, how can the referenced site list them as 0/10 for the lowest possible payout speed? That just doesn't make any sense? Are the players at LCB experiencing preferential treatment? That is awesome & everyone here should be fine with that! Of course it is a little far fetched but the only other rational explanation would be that the data is incomplete or incorrect. LCB's data is 100% user submitted & each user is signed into their account which leaves little possibility for false statements. 

    Another thing I found hard to swallow about that review is the part that says "Casino Extreme don't appear to be well trafficked & we could find little information about them coming from players" - HOLD ON A SECOND... I don't know what site this information came from but I recommend that site take a look at LCB member submitted information about Extreme. Dozens of LCB Members have taken the time to share their positive feedback for this casino. Out of the 37 Casino Extreme reviews on LCB, I only found 2 negative reviews & GUESS WHAT??? THEY ARE FROM THE SAME MEMBER!

    & GUESS WHAT AGAIN??? C'MON GUESS.... YOU AREN'T GONNA BELIEVE THIS! The member gives Extreme it's only negative reviews ( 1/2 star ) - based on the few freebies the member has taken from them! The member states that they live in a country that is banned from playing at Extreme!  SO HOW DO THEY KNOW THEY DON'T LIKE THE CASINO THEY ARE REVIEWING?? This tells me that the 4 solid stars Casino Extreme has on LCB should be more like 4.5/5 stars ~ making them not only one of the highest recommended casinos available to US players, but also one of the most discussed casinos among the members of LCB.

    I am certain that Chocolateman has only the best intentions by sharing a warning with us. I applaud him for being considerate enough to keep us informed about casino warnings that we may not have noticed otherwise. I am not sure if this played a factor in his decision but if I recommended a casino & saw negative information about that casino on the internet I, too, would try to relay the information to as many people as I may have influenced to play there. Not only to protect their pocketbook, but my own karma as well. The last thing anyone wants to do is screw over their neighbors. This is a community & we look out for each other because their are too many rogue casinos in this world! 

    This week is my busiest of the year and I have given an hour to this topic, assessing the warning and sharing my thoughts. Individual players must make their own decisions about whether or not to play at each casino. If Extreme follows the path of Slot Jungle, many players will be disappointed & shocked. Until that happens I will rely on my personal experience with Extreme, the dozens of LCB members who have posted positive reviews and the continued professionalism of Mikey while responding to the criticism. Mikey is such a genuine guy! He is my favorite representative & as I am sure you can tell from the length of this post, I TALK A LOT!

  • Ok I just got bit of time to address this issue. Would have done it earlier but I was on a vacation.

    First off lemme state that we are aware of the ongoing issue with the license for this casino. And I have to stress out that we have received every assurance that they are working on it and soon to secure the license with new regulatory body.

    Given this assurance, and the good records this casino had and still has on LCB by always being prompt to resolve all the complaints ( very few of those if I may add ) and always being on top of things and responsive to our members, with an active Rep,all this in combination with one of the most prompt payments for USA , we have decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.

    And chocolateman we could not careless what some other affiliate portals are doing, and it has zero affect on how we do things on LCB. We do our research first, and we always keep the line of communication open.

    As far as this transition period, we do believe that our members are safe , as there is nothing that is suggesting otherwise.

    With that said, we are keeping a close eye on CasinoExtreme and will act accordingly if things do not develop in the way we would expect a trusted casino should act.

    Now as far as the rogue groups you mention, they been on our warning list for years, with various reports we published on their rogue practices.

    However we did keep their Reps on board. It was a calculated decision, knowing it possibly might help some players that got burned. And guess what it did help many times. We invested a lot of our time and energy in resolving these complaints and had tens of thousands of winnings returned to the players.

    As far as I recall this was explained to you before, so not sure why you are having a stab at us, other than for the reason that you did not like what i said in my previous post.

    So again dont like it here, you are free to leave.

  • Of course they got burned. You prompted even gave out cashback bonuses for using some of those casinos. Those casinos closed shop and ran with some of your members' money. You had lock casino as one of 7 Best Online Casinos. Even while we were warning you about them.

    A lot of your members here have left because of your unwillingness to correct rogue casinos. But like a child that doesn't get it way you want the other kids to leave.

    Where is this rogue report? Yet is was outside sources that I was able to bring to YOUR ATTENTION that Casino Atlanta was rogue and the member here payment was being denied based on BS.

    Casino atlanta is on our warning list as the result of our investigation and the report will be published in the new year. about the lock Casino things were yet again explained to you and others on more than one occassion. And at the time they were on our best Casino list there was no issues or unresolved complaints. Much Later on they ended up on our warning list , rightfully so. But for a period of time they were a good operation until they lost their processors which led to cashout delays.

    It seems you just don't like when ppl think different to you especially when presented with arguments and facts. you are a classic basher who is never happy and now trolling LCB.

    for a person who has such a beef with LCB it is funny that you keep coming back and on top of it participating in our shop loyalty program and claiming cash. A thing or two about being hypocritical.

  • Pardon me Zuga, if you don't mind I would like to offer a little follow up on the original discussion about Extreme.

    Chocolateman, I went through the "portal" who issued the original warning with a fine tooth comb & found that nearly every complaint was pre-2007. 

    I contacted Mikey about the allegations made here & he was very forthcoming about the situation & concerned about the attacks on their reputation. During our conversation, I took notice of the timeline that Mikey presented. Specifically that 2007 was his first year with Extreme & that he has dedicated himself  to guarantee fair play/transparency. I have yet to find a recent complaint about Extreme not paying a legitimate depositor.

    After speaking to Mikey, I returned to the "warning portal" and read the decisive factors for placing a casino in the category NOT RECOMMENDED ... The only explanation offered by said site is "Unresponsive to Player Complaints"

    I have a hard time accepting this as fact, when the site issuing the warning has complaints from 8+ years ago, without any follow up or review. There are no current issues to base that decision on.

    Another reason I disagree with the claims of Unresponsive to Player Complaints is simply because it is exactly the opposite of what I have experienced. It is also the polar extreme of what 90% of the LCB Members had to say about Extreme's friendly chat support.

    What about the fact that we have all seen first hand the level of involvement that Mikey has here at LCB, there is no doubt that he is accessible to any player any time! For goodness sake,  Extreme's support is 24/7! They are always there to address an issue!

    Even with all of the above research & contemplation,  I still followed up on your warning with the source of that information. I have been in contact with Bryan & I look forward to his enlightening response. I have no reason to be bitter or angry with anyone involved so I hope there is no offense taken by anyone involved.

    I offer the information to everyone who is interested in the pursuit of justice for both Players & Casino Extreme.

    One more thing, did you guys know that Guns N Roses is reuniting this April? I am so excited!

  • Seriously this guy has got to be just trolling. If not he sure comes off as complete douche. Always whining everything is rigged and all these casinos cheat. Why his ass isnt already kicked to the curb here is beyond me. Zuga must have a bit of patience.

    This guy is also something else. Because I post alot in the bitcoin casino threads here a while back he private messaged me with and unsolicited link or he is the owner of another affiliate  promising me cashback if I signed up through his links to the same casinos that LCB advertises and link I click on here. That's something else I tell ya using the community here to gain for his own profit when this site here also gives him money to log in daily and post then to try to steal away the affiliate. I should have turned his ass in to admin but I politely told him I wasn't interested.

    Also he's cross posted from another bitcoin forum I post at and copied one of my posts word for word and used as his own here. Not that I cared that much it was some generic post but he could at least give credit as I use same handle at both.

  • Well, I won't partake in a public bashing of any member. However, I would like to add my final comment on the subject of this thread.

    I went through the various channels { Montenegro Egaming Licensing, the un-named portals whom issued warnings, Internic, Network Solutions etc } ... I performed thorough searches about this court hearing but found little information. So, I started asking questions. The most comprehensive of the answers I got came from Mikey.

    From what I understand, the Montenegrin Government allowed a company to issue sub-licenses. This practice is not unique but it is also not legal every where. Most of the operators affected by this are suing the company who originally issued the licenses that are now deemed illegitimate. It is a big mess.

    All of that unnecessary headache has been brought down upon Extreme - namely Mikey's shoulders. When a casino's license is invalid the first thing a player thinks is that the casino is not within the regulations. In this case, it is the exact opposite. Extreme remains within the regulations but the legislatures who created the regulations have erred & Extreme is suffering the consequences for their actions.

    Hopefully this will be behind Extreme for the new year, a new license is already in the works and Extreme is expecting it in the next few days.

    As far as the warnings issued on other portals, the first of them we will refer to as portal A. Portal A has removed the Blacklisted status from Extreme & Mikey shared the confirmation email from that site here in this thread. On a side note, one of the first accredited casinos for Portal A was, you guessed it, Casino Extreme.

    The second portal will be Portal B. Portal B issued their warning status many years ago for problems during that time. The warning stayed with Extreme since 2007, but I am happy to report that there is now an open line of communication. Once licensing is approved, Extreme will begin the Probation period there, settling any current complaints. Which by the way there are none.

    The third portal will be known as portal C. Mikey has been in contact with Portal C & is waiting to hear back from them. I have not reached out to them yet, as I am not a member, but if necessary I will be contacting them once the licensing issue is resolved.

    As far as what is beginning above, namely the character attacks...

    Instead of attacking one another, let's support each other and start 2016 on a happier note.
    LCB is the first community that I have found every area of my gambling world covered. There simply isn't another community as extensive and up to date as LCB. Sure, I may be new here & relatively new to online gambling ( 4 years ), but researching this information about Extreme lead me to several different portals that were mentioned in this thread and I am very content with the content wink that makes up LCB. I spent many years on another casino blog, in fact several of my friends from that site, are here now as well.

    Sharing information with each other is a very important part of this community. I appreciate anyone looking out for us. I hope there is always an avenue for discussions like this because no one person can know everything. There is always valuable information just outside the door, so let's keep that door open.

    WOW! I have played there quite a lot and never once done well enough to cash out.  Maybe we used different software or something.  I've decided not to play there anymore because it goes out, but unlike the tide, it does not come in.

    The way you inserted your text in the "quoted" comment makes it appear that I made those statements. I wonder if that can be edited, as I do not share your sentiment. In fact, I just got my financial breakdown from Extreme:

    TOTAL DEPOSITS $780

    TOTAL WITHDRAWN $1160

    TOTAL PROFIT $380

    For every winning player there has to be at least one losing player, more than likely several losing players. It's inevitable that people will have different experiences with any casino. If Extreme is not your thing, I understand, and have no problem with you sharing your personal experience playing there.

    Actually, personal experiences are exactly what I look for from players when I decide where to spend my money. Ironically, Chocolateman is one of the influences that sent me to Bitcoin & Extreme.     For every winning player there has to be at least one losing player, more than likely several losing players. It's inevitable that people will have different experiences with any casino.     Thanks for responding Cora. My reference to the quoted comment was simply to prevent miscommunication. I am opinionated and outspoken, sometimes that comes across as a bit too sassy. I wish the exact connotation/emotion could be read through my text. I am just not that eloquent.
