    may i know what should we do, n they just say apologice if player did not follow the T&C player will be avoid any promotion or maybe terminate the player, is unfair for player casino did not follow what they set they just apologice i f player again T&C promotion for sure will avoid the bonus relly unfair for player

    I completely understand what you are saying and if a casino breaches their terms its not fair to the player.

    That is why its important to read what players are saying and post about experiences so it brings awareness and heed LCB's warnings.

    What i can't understand is if a casino does not honor their terms or players don't like their terms then why do they continue to go back. There is plenty of online casinos out there that you can play at and getting burned once should be lesson enough.
