    I believe they have finally done it to me now sad.

    I played at a few CR casinos and each I ended up with an overall loss.

    Then I started playing at "Casino Kingdom"

    For a while I kept losing with deposits.

    Then all of a sudden my luck changed. Last week I cashed out almost $1500 and today cashed out over $300. Which put me overall out of all deposits into $500 profit.

    I checked half way through todays play and had accumulated $30 in bonus points. I then carried on playing for a few hours before cashing out.

    I checked again 15 mins ago to see what my CR points were and it was exactly the same.


    Loads of people have said about this but has anyone else had it happened to them? Its just weird when I spoke to support who said im still earning points but a few hours of play would of surely accumulated a lot of points that would of been added?

    That is strange Marcus. Do you think it takes time to refresh. Maybe go back and see where you are at now. I would definitely talk to support and ask them again.

    yea it is strange, maybe what people are speculating regarding them is true... once you hit profit which is more than a certain % of deposits they dont give you points or let you redeem a bonus until you have actually lost money sad

    I'm sure it is just some sort of glitch with their system. I just checked my casino rewards account and have accumulated and cashed in $1,660 worth of points and have cashed out $7500, $4500 plus numerous smaller amounts over the past few years. I have noticed occasionally it may take up to 24 hours for casino rewards points to update. There is playcheck right on every casino so you can easily check to see what your points should be.
