        hi all, ive been a member of CR for years depositing all the time and never had a win, i have a number of accounts which are all listed on my  cr homepage. i received a £50 gift card for uk casino club in my name sent to my address, treat as cash it said. i activated the card and spoke to live chat and they came to the conclusion that i didnt have an account at uk casino, "open account and youll get money in ten mins" i did got money. on my cr homepage no account , played for hours met playthrough withdrew £140. theyve already got my card details and id on file, 2 days later "youve breached terms and account locked we are not honouring your withdrawal" several emails later and 3 phone calls 6am uk time as there in australia advised by live chat to say i was advised to open account etc, sent a long email got reply from SALLY risk management live chat are wrong you havent adhered to t an cs and in fact i already had account there but it wasnt listed, sent back other email but no reply at all now, any advice appreciated, ive asked for all the deposits ive ever made just to get a response but nothing, ive asked for all accounts to be closed and removed but even now still sent offers everyday

        Dont get youre hopes up to high about getting youre money, and in the meantime find yourself a new and for you trustworthy casino, choices enough and i am sure here on LCB you can find one that suits you.

        I had the same free £50.  I've met WR and have £400 waiting to be withdrawn.  I'm loathe to withdraw it without going to live chat on the other hand, I don't want to go to live chat to ask about withdrawing it.  By the sounds of your experience garnman, I'm not going to get it, which sucks big time. 

        I'll stick to GoWild and All Slots....better the devil you know.

        CR, you can only claim 1 SUB across all the casinos, so yes, oyu broke the rules.
        even if they send e-mails to create more

        also: Doubling up on any game at Casino Action will not count towards your wagering requirements.
        so, if you start playing with 100, at bets of $2, if you hit big and get balance above $1000 and start playing at $4 you will not complete the WR. this is a rule, player have accepted it,  i dont like it, so i dont play it....

        so in my opinion, search other places

        They paid me today after withdrawing it on Monday/early hours Tuesday.

        still sending me emails closed all my accounts but one remained , apparently according to lcb its registered to a norwegian player!! took screenshots etc account still there, AVOID LIKE PLAGUE

        we were informed by casino rewards that your account was linked to another player via IP address, physical address, phone numbers as well as a few other things.

        It is against their policy to allow multiple accounts and this is why your winnings were confiscated.

        first ive heard of this they havent told me that so i would appreciate any more info, also any news on the account i told you about that i have screenshots of. also they kept taking my deposit money week in week out so id appreciate it if you can arrange a full refund for me please, many thanks
