So i made a my first ever withdrawal request at Casino Riva on Monday morning.
I got a reply e-mail stating " Your request for a sum of ...has been received."
"All requests are dealt with in UNDER 96 hours from the moment they are recieved as
stated in our terms and conditions"
I sent id and docs and then e-mailed to see if everything was fine .
Felix sent me an e-mail on Wednesday saying he had spoke to the relevant department
and i would get my winnings witthin 48 hours (Friday morning) .
So Friday morning comes and still nothing so i send another e-mail to
ask whats up ..
Get a load of automated responses saying bank delays blah blah .
