  • I've been playing with this casino and I love it.  Made my 1st withdrawal last week and I received the winning yesterday.  I made $80 deposit yesterday also, played and lost.  I contacted livechat david asking if I can get the 300% again, he said no, it offered only 1 time and he said if you deposit I give you bonus.  I asked him what is the % of the bonus, I can't see the condition I wont know how much I would deposit.  He posted all the promos available so I can see and said deposit $100 with 300% bonus.  I told him I will try to come up with $100 later.  I came back, claimed 300% bonus, deposited only $75, played for hours till I went to sleep, I almost beat the playthru I guess, my balance was at $800 and I could cash out $750 when I beat the playthru which I think I will.  I woke up this morning and found out my account was locked.  I don't know the reason, but it might have to do with promotion claimed.  I emailed them asking why they lock my acct.  Waiting for reply and will update.

    I just ck'd my Rival accounts and i am not locked. Sounds like they might of have banned together on bonus abuse. If that is the case why offer you a bonus to begin with or for that matter why not deny the bonus when you try to claim it.

    I wouldn't say it is your fault at all.

    I am not sure how certain this and i have not validated this but i was told that on one of the RTG casinos a player tried to cashout her winnings and was told that due to US regulations she can only withdraw her deposits and not her wins!

  • Sad but true thats exactly it.

    Casinos seem to have tight periods and some looser times at random intervals.

    If someone is getting lucky enough to play when the slots are loose then casinos will see it as a problem because they expect you to pay your winnings back in, not win more.

    It baffles me though because slots are set to a payout, they cant pay out over a certain limit so if the person in question doesnt have that win then someone else will.

    I have decided that when I cashout a nice amount at any casino I play at ($500/£250+) I will close my account for good with them because as soon as you win something you get next to no nice deposit bonuses and barely any freebies

  • I think that US players are now the Rodney Dangerfields of online gambling and just don't get any respect.  Thin line between love and hate, here, but it's not the player's fault and the casinos are showing their true colors.  As for the loyalties of the casino reps, well, they aren't called player reps, are they?

    I suspect it's because you've had a recent spate of moderate to large cashouts - and your account has been 'flagged' across all Rivals.

    If the casinos don't honour your winnings, then there is something horribly wrong here.  We all have our lucky streaks (heck, I'm on one now!), and conversely, we have our normal play, which is lose, lose lose tongue

    If you're winning and Rival want to ban you from all casinos for that, then its despicable imo!

    No word at all from any Rivals as to why your accounts are locked at all?

  • I did not know exactly the reason why, but I was also bonus banned from several RTG casinos.  The casinos won't tell me the reason why they did it, but I figure it out from inetbet.

    1/  was you ahead of Grande Vegas?  I'm sure you are ahead, if not they wouldn't exclude you from promotions.
    2/  did you claim bonus on every of your deposit?
    if your answers are YES on both questions, then you know the reason why Grande Vegas bonus banned you.  Once they do that, it's hard to ask them to give you back the promotions unless you keep losing back to them at certain amount (my guess).  To avoid being excluded from promotions with any RTG casinos in the future, just deposit with bonus free (no bonus) to the casino that you are way ahead of them once in a blue moon.  I just did that with Grande Vegas today, deposit $10 to play their tournament (currently 1st place now) and used the left over money ($4.50) to play their slots, haha, I went up to $32 and stop there.  Hopefully I can bring it up to $100 to cash out, waiting to strike, lol.

    yes I did get paid by GVC not too long ago, in this month I think.  And it took them 9 working days.

    Do you actually get paid by some of these rouges? I am sure you are very smart and understand you wont get paid by a lot of these places. I am sure the smaller the cashout the more chances of getting paid?
  • Taaadaaa - Didn't you see my recent post about GoldVIPClub?  If you take the chance and play there, maybe you get paid on smaller amounts, but trust me, they WON"T pay on anything big.  They are blacklisted all over the internet...I've really done much more research.  Find better places to send your money!

    why I still play there?
    I did get paid from them and my deposits are usually very small $25-$50 and I was excluded on promotions from several of my prefered casinos, I couldn't get the bonus that I want at those prefered casinos, but GVC offers those bonuses.

  • I would use caution playing at Gold VIP taaa. Bonus or no bonus it is not going to help you much when they decide not to pay you. They are on our warning list and should be avoided.

  • They should honour your withdrawal I would have thought.  I would ask them to process it for you or at least allow you to login so you can process it.

    If that doesn't work, I could ask the new rep what options are open to you (although he has nothing to do with this casino) but he may have a suggestion.  I will contact him anyway and ask for you.

    You're right Lips - very well chosen words used.  It wasn't a quote of any notes but more what the rep "surmised"

  • It's just another example of why you have to stay away from unreputable casinos.  There have been numerous problems with Rival and RTG casinos.  If you like RTG, try Intertops and even Freespin.  I played there recently and the games were very fair and the casino pays quickly per their terms (I'll report further on this when I receive cashout).
