    i closed my account wth the casino states because when i asked if they were giving the free xmas chip they said they were going to give days before i was told no but great bonuses i explained i had no money left and played a great deal of it there, the support guy said no money no honey i thanked him and disconnected.  After i stewed awhile i contacted them again this time i got sophia:  she by the way was very nice.  She felt the other guy was just joking around and i took it wrong and apologized for him. I thanked her and then asked her to close my account I like the casino when i could deposit but when i was broke they treated me with what they call a joke.  So casino  rep they still have not replied with an email saying sorry he was an a-- and here is what we will do.  Do you not want business because let me tell you i wont give you my money and have you treat me like crap.  Unfortunately that is how it goes i guess on online casinos your only appreciated if you can deposit and underappreciated if you expect something in return like a thank you reward so many other casinos give.
