        I do not understand how you are holding LCB responsible for Casino States not accepting your documents.

        If you had come to us in a different light we would of done all we could of to help you in your current situation. LCB stands behind its Exclusives, and if there is ever a problem we do all we can to rectify the situation. However, calling LCB a cheat is not the way to go about getting help.

        You got your exclusive, you even won, up to that point there was no problem.
        The problem started when Casino States would not accept your docs, not with anything LCB did.

        Did you notice what I am writing about? Do I write about anything about participation? No, I am making complaint. It is quite different than participating, that you are writing about. Until this is a forum, a place to make notifications and comments, I will stay and say what my opinion is. Why is that a problem for you, who cannot come up with a more creative comment like that

        I really not care about what you can do and what not. You advertised this place, they accuse me with thing that are not true, that is not sending in docs. I ahve also sent my Driver's License, that is said to be acceptable in their terms. Every place accepts it, even Neteller, only they refuse. It is an EU  conform Driver's License, with hologram and most up to date security elements. I can use it to cross the border.

        Anyway why didn't you made sure befor posting to promo what it is really about. Try to be helpful with me brofe I loose my money,

        and the reason why I am upset is because it is now the second time you cheat me with such a Top Game crap, first with Rialto1s fake bonus, now with this crap

        We provide you with the bonus, we are not your parent, if you cant read then find someone who can.

        This is getting you nowhere as far as us helping you resolve this.

        I do understand your frustration. We all do. We have alll had a time when a casino would not pay us, but it has nothing to do with LCB.  
        I just went thru a ordeal with a Top Game casino myself and had to jump thru hoops to get paid.

        It makes us furious.

        Have you went thru all the possible channels with Casino States to resolve this document thing?

        They wrote me a letter saying they reversed it because not sending in docs. However I sent them in a week ago.

        How many times shall I repeat this for that you understand. Read what I write before you start accusing me with that is unture. I read their terms, and I didn't violate them
