        Thanks for sharing. After losing thousands and winning a handful of times I have never received anything but an email after 2 years of loyal play telling me I am no longer eligible for deposit bonuses.

        Good for you but too many players not paid their total winnings, only $500.00 at a time without being notified as such before depositing and then banned from further deposits after their first successful withdrawal.  Not the way to do business and I have been in business over 35 years.

        I lost thousands as well, sometimes it was a fun time and sometimes not worth it. But thats the gamble!

        I have been playing there for at least 4 years without a cashout.  I played for the fun of it I guess.

        Finally, I won!  on a 2nd chance cashback chip with max cashout of $450!

        Not!  I want to only post good experiences but unfortunately, this post is one of disappointment.

        I sent in my faxback, in the past - years back - and 3 times after this win.  I also sent in scans of all of my cards I have been using for the past 2 years, front and back , ID, Mailing address per Utility bil, etc etc.  You know the drill.  I sent these docs in 4 times., and one attempt was to reply to an email I received from my supposed VIP acct manager.  She keeps sending emails reminding me of my withdrawal and if I need help, but when I reply asking what specific cards they need, as I must have several after depositng for the last 4 years, I dont get any response with any useful info.  When I go to live chat they are more specific, but are asking for all of the items I already sent 4 times! 

        As wrote this, I went back to my email to double check, to be fair, to see if I have received any word of my docs I sent or a status of whats missing.  What is did see is the same email from the host saying I have the a balance eligible for cashout, and if I need assistance with my docs.

        Im tired and frustrated bec sending docs, and the prep to do so is tedious esp 4 times and been a loyal patron for years.

        I will give them another chance as I made an inquiry just now. 

        Ill keep you posted.
