Hello there! I am one of you New Players at your casino.
On September 29, 2009, I had requested a withdrawal of $400.00. When the funds were transferred to my UseMyWallet Account it was terribly shocking for me to read the deposit to my account as only $300.00.
I do believe I have rightfully won $400.00 as I had met your play through requirements. I played for my first time at your casino with my own money, having asked Live Chat for the 200% bonus for first time depositors. I deposited $50.00 on September 28, 2009.
Where does it state that I must request $100 more at your cashier than what I had actually in my account? So, from what I am understanding is I would have had to request $500.00 in order to receive $400.00? The winning amount on my screen appeared exactly at $400.00. This is the amount I was expecting to receive in my UseMyWallet Account. Why did I not get paid in full? Where does it state that I must request more money ($100.00 more) than I actually had showing in my balance? How am I to know I had to request a withdrawal of $500.00 instead of $400.00 to actually receive $400.00? Nowhere on my screen did I see $500.00.
Is there any way possible to fix this problem, please? I would even be willing to place that $300.00 back into you cashier. You do what you have to do, perhaps, to place me back as if I am withdrawing from you for my first time. And I will then claim a withdrawal for $500.00 if this is what I was supposed to do initially to actually receive $400.00.
This all sounds so very strange to request more money than what the account balance shows. I’m sorry, but it just doesn’t make any sense to me, or my best friend who referred me to your casino.

You have requested a withdrawal of $400.
We give bonus credits on deposits to increase the odds of winning.
Although the bonuses are given to the players account, they are not cashable, and deducted automatically upon withdrawal.
The bonus you received was for $100 hence the difference between what you expected, and what you received.

*During LIVE CHAT I was told I should have requested $500.00 in order to receive the $400.00 WHAT GIVES? I had $400.00 in my account and I had met the wagering requirements. WOW I dunno what that's all about...how does it make any sense to ask for more money than what was in my balance?

ok I also play at Casino Titan, I'll weigh in here as to what the casino is trying to say. They gave you a BONUS of $100 to play with so of course your screen showed $400. But if and when, a player makes the playthru on that bonus it will be deducted from your balance when you cashout. The $400 was NOT all yours even though it showed on your screen. The casino deducted it from your cashout giving you the $300 which is all you are entitled to. You see the Casino gives bonuses to INCREASE your odds of winning but you are playing with THEIR MONEY not yours. That is why the PLAYTHRUS are so ASTRONOMICAL. But it is an ODDS game the CASINO feels that had they NOT given you the extra (their) extra $100 you would NOT have won the $300. So NO they are NOT telling you to REQUEST a CASHOUT of $500. They are saying you got all you are entitled to the $300 that is it. My suggestion NEVER play with a large BONUS. If you can play with your OWN money and take NO bonuses. I play at iNetBet where the deposit is only $10. Or if you are a player that likes the BONUS money then play at a casino that has a NO PLAYTHRU and NO MAX CASHOUT BONUS just go to CHAT before you deposit and ask for a NO MAX NO PLAYTHRU BONUS there are some out there. Also wanted to add that MOST CASINOS when you take the BONUS MONEY and you see you have a BIG BALANCE and you are ALL HAPPY cause you got those spins and your BALANCE lets say shows $550. This would really MAKE you MAD that next spin you take your BALANCE disapears and goes down to $450. Other CASINOS DEDUCT the BALANCE as you are playing when you make the playthru right there and then. And you are thinking WTF what just happened all my money is gone. I learned the hard way. So CASINO TITAN leaves the BALANCE in there and you are mislead thinking that it is yours, IT IS NOT. Sorry for your dissapointment.

If it isn't quite clear, talk to live chat until it is and save all of your chats. Totally agree with slot junkie, this is one of the best out there, and their live support is second to none, also agree that it is a good idea to check with live support before claiming a bonus to check terms and conditions etc, im in Portugal and with this casino we have a larger playthrough for bonus than some other countries, i guess we are abusers here , anyway after chatting with support about a bonus they offered in an email they sent me they reduced my playthrough from 99 times to 25

- I have just started playing @casino Titan and they are great, also you can use prepaid visa, my prepay visa is not to be used for gaming, but on the statement it does nt show as a gaming site, this is a great way to get around this issue, i tryed my visa @ several sites to no avail, and then found in posts that they accept, rock onTitan :):)

They clearly state their terms and conditions for their bonuses on their website and if you allow Live Chat to give you a "bonus" ...by accepting the bonus you AGREE to their terms and conditions.
