I'm *hoping* they get my withdrawal processed into QT.  Didn't realize you have to have a hundred thirty in there to cash it into your bank from QT.  I had to deposit with Titan to be able to withdraw and woulda had the $130 now I'm twelve dollars short.  Going to be a long time til I get a coca cola and I am down to one tea bag.  Luckily they aren't shutting off my water this week....

I had a routine of sitting on the couch drinking my coffee, and freerolling for 10 mins at Titan. Those Bast**ds!!!!!!!!

acgofer..I am so dissappointed in Casino Titan, they were doing well, at least I thought. What would make them sell? Although I never won a single penny there, I still loved support...dear lol

Well, I suppose the "manager had not been in the office" long enough! 

I had won and cashed out plenty there. And I would get 2 or 3 free bonuses just for video poker, and then if I only had like 50 comp pts, at my request they would boost them up for me...anywhere from 200-500! So I can play more poker.

But now those days are just a memory  :'(

Angela used to email me on a daily basis. As did Neil.

They could have at least told me farewell my dear. 

But hey, if you contact support asking for  A freebie, then threaten to tell everyone here on the forum, and say you will no longer deposit, you may just get a $25 chip too!!!

Yes, sadly I believe that Casino Titan will now be relagated to the dustbin and rarely seen as a "Good, Honest and Decent" casino.

I believe more are upset at the loss of good CS people then the change it seems. We'll never know why the owers sold, but I guess the offer was too good to pass on.

So Thankful to Lcb members I too deposit at casino titan alot and I really liked Linda....I would never have known win palace bought them if it wasn't for this forum.....so i know slots jungle is part of the win palace group any others?

Well, on a positive note, Casino Titan did give me my cashout first thing this morning, and the live chat person was nice AND helpful.

Rebecca, they also own Mayflower Casino, a Topgame casino, and there are said to be ties to Gold Vip Club, a known rogue.

The one time I was told to come back in an hour, they had it fixed without putting any pennies in.
But, just in case, I'm now leaving one penny everywhere I play tourneys!

So, it took me for tries to get Titan to load.  Then, I couldnt' register in the tournament.  So, I thought I should reload the software.  Oh, what a moron I am!  Now I can't get in at all.
Off to restart my computer.
However, I miss Emma and my account manager, Debbie.

Live chat, advised me after I waited almost 15 minutes, to "try again later."  This is absolutely not how I have come to know Titan.  I will no longer be a depositing player there!

ohhhhhh.now it all makes sense...

I couldn't buy in either, finally got a hold of support.she fixed it, and I didnt notice until I logged back in about an hour ago that I was given a $.10 coupon! I was like "10 frigin cents they gave me??? Angela used to give me $10!" But now I know it's for the tourneys...

crap...I played keno, then some video poker with that 10cents...and now im back to zero! Guess they'll just have to give me more cents for the next freeroll. 

they wont allow me to even log in what a joke ! casino titan can kiss my A-S !! we  dont need them they need  us !  they best recognize that  !

I went to live help to see if i could get a free chip and was given the blah blah blah excuse.... I am not authorized to credit free chips I will forward this to a manager and they will get back with you in 24 hours. WTH, this is the same thing winpalace did to me after i made my first deposit and needless to say I never received an email, free chip, nothing.
