        well, I sent my docs right as they were changing management, so they went in before the change, and it was my first withdrawal so I was skeptical.  Used QT. It took around 7 days total, even with the change having taken place.  Weekend seemed to take forever, but it went in to QT that Monday.
        I've seen many sites are now saying they can only put into your credit card the amount you deposited-the remainder you have to take in another method so maybe Casino Support was trying to cover all bases.

        LOL..They don't know what the heck is going on over there...I asked live chat about closing my account, and she told me "Maybe"

        I sent them an email.."Maybe" she will get it

        I will close my account too. The reason I played there was the fast cashout. The first time it took four hours. I can wait 24 hours but I never deposit if the cashout takes longer. Never in any place.
