        Hi ya elim.

        I am so sorry that this happened to you. I think I saw someone else had the same issue but can't remember at the moment of where.
        Anyway, could I ask you why you don't want to try to get the difference back?
        It's not about the significant amount of the money but the fact that you were over charged and I think they need to know and if proven, give you back the amount...unfortunately in order to do that they do require for the proof of the charge statement.

        Thank you Wnanee for your help , I know they may help with the original copy, but I close my account better, can you imagine if they do this to 100 customers , good money dont you think/

        i dont know where u are, but its standard here with a prepaid visa, you lose about 5 bucks when you deposit, thats from the card, happens every time, its why we use the mcs

        Im in Mn , but this never happen before, 50$ I usually make 2 deposits for 25, I did it on casino titan before with  no problem.

        Hi elim,

        I think it could of been handled a bit better then it was by live chat. I think it was obvious you were upset and that should of been picked up and "gary" could of tried to calm you down a bit more then simply asking for a statement.

        By all means you should of sent that statement in. It may not be a lot of money but it is your money regardless. I have never seen nor heard of this before and if it is a new procedure then support should be aware of it and be ready to address it.

        Let's hope the rep here on board can shed a little more light on it for you.
