    taktahu: ok, here's the situation....i depped with you guys about 15/20 minutes ago..mastercard....already talked to you, already phoned you, and just got off the phone with the credit card co...the casino cashier gave me a pre-authorization, your rep is saying nothing funds wise arrived...the bank (cc company) however says it's on your end....it has been approved by the CC and cant be reversed to the prepaid; its awaiting your approval on your end still

    CC released the funds to Titan
    funds removed from my CC
    phoned CC, verified released to Titan
    Titan shrugs its shoulders says, nope nothing here
    no funds in either CC or Titan sad

  • Hi Sweet,

    Who you need to dispute is your Vanilla card. Unfortunately there is time to time a "glitch" in the system. That error message was proof enough that it was a glitch. You need to call the issuer found on the back of your card. There you will find the bank.  You can charge back the deposit you made since your acct was never credited. It did process on there end and by all rights Casino Titan received it because it reflects on your card they did.

    For whatever the reason Casino Titan didn't get the funds. But its inside somewhere. The finance dept will have to go through the transactions to find it. In all honesty they are not being dishonest it is indeed a glitch. 

    I think your best way to go is to do a charge back. It will be quicker. Since Casino Titan did not credit your account it won't go against you as a charge back.

  • Well, I phoned the CC twice; it shows on their end the transaction went to titan (their merchant number, details et c), Titan says no, never got it...CC says, well, they got it, Titan, says no, didnt get it, lol
    All I know, is got $57 funds less on the CC now and none in Titan lol

  • It does happen all the time. Every "merchant" has a payment processor (a third party). The processor likely received the approval and processed the payment but when the authorization message made it's way back to Titan it indicated an error. So, they do have the money and just don't realize it.

    All in all it's any easy fix for the issuer of your credit card. The proof that they received funds is on your credit card statement. Tell them you want to dispute the transaction. Those are the magic words. Call em', they'll hook you up!

  • Your card is right they did get it and it reflects on your card. But because of the glitch it did not reflect in your account at casino titan. It happens, so you have two choices you either do a charge back or you wait for finance dept to find it and credit your account. The money went in limbo but its there and finance will find it.

  • The CC says they can email me a statement showing the funds went to Titan, and then in turn send the statement to Titan...so a couple days to receive statement from CC, then to finance; hopefully in a few days it'll resolve itself

  • sadly, theres no 'statement' per se, its a prepaid card..best i can hope is the CC sends me what they have as a statement, then forward it to Titan; hopefully Titan will say yeah we do have it, not, oh, we never got it, so sad too bad

    Casino Support: pre authorized means it got declined so they need the bank statement that pre authorized email should not mean we charged you. once the finance people are in they will check your statement and resolve the issue.
