      Long story short...I won 1st place in a tourney at Titan yesterday...about 2 mins. before my time was up I hit 5 trucks with the tycoon @ 10 times...score went up to 46,000.  I am still waiting to be paid.  This is the conversation I had with chat:

      Carolyn: Hello, I am still waiting on my winnings from a slot tournament
      Carolyn: the tournament was yesterday
      Carolyn: Hello...
      Casino Support: May I have your username?
      Carolyn: yes, username: xxxxxxxxx
      Casino Support: One moment please.
      Casino Support: Your patience is appreciated, I will be with you shortly.
      Casino Support: username on the tourney?
      Carolyn: slotsfeline
      Carolyn: the tourney name is "Texas Tycoon".
      Casino Support: ok
      Casino Support: thanks just a moment
      Casino Support: we are still waiting for the technical department on this
      Casino Support: we will notify you once this is done
      Carolyn: is there a problem?
      Carolyn: is this normal???
      Casino Support: it's not, that's why we have to get their analysis
      Carolyn: this is not normal...?? then what is the problem?
      Casino Support: I need their response
      Carolyn: on what?
      Casino Support: I just updated the ticket and they will let us know
      Casino Support: to check what happened
      Carolyn: what do you mean what happened...i don't understand
      Casino Support: I just spoke to my manager
      Carolyn: did something happen?
      Casino Support: till we get their answer
      Casino Support: I can't do anything
      Casino Support: we opened a ticket
      Casino Support: and they are looking into it
      Carolyn: can you tell me what happened???
      Casino Support: no that's why we opened the ticket
      Carolyn: what are you talking about...did something happen that was not supposed to?
      Casino Support: Carolyn I don't know
      Casino Support: that is why we are having our technical department look into it
      Carolyn: Does this happen whenever someone wins a tournament?
      Casino Support: no
      Carolyn: so...i don't understand...was it just that tournament or just that I won???
      Carolyn: was there a malfunction?
      Casino Support: might have been yes
      Carolyn: but what does that mean???
      Carolyn: I did not get any error messages...
      Casino Support: Carolyn I have no way of checking the tournaments
      Casino Support: so
      Casino Support: we have to wait
      Casino Support: for the answer from the people who can.
      Casino Support: and then
      Carolyn: can you tell me how long?
      Casino Support: up to 1-2 business days probably a lot sooner (later on today perhaps - can't guarantee).
      Carolyn: ok, thanks

      Has anyone else have a problem getting their winnings from a tournament at Casino Titan???  It sounds to me like they already had a winner chosen and I was not supposed to be it...

      I usually had my winnings within 5 minutes of the tourney closing. Very odd indeed!
