    Hi Everyone smiley

    I would like to know if anyone has experienced problems trying to cash out from Casino Tropez  or Bellini ?

    I made 2 deposits, one to each casino, and was given a 100% matching bonus. I met my play through and then some on both, and tried to make a withdrawal, not too much more then my original deposit by a Bank Draft. Waited over a week and then I received the checks! I was happy and thought they were actually a good trustworthy casino. Well I went to the bank to deposit the checks, only to be told by the bank that the checks were Blocked and basically useless.

    I contacted both casinos several times only to get the same automated response of we are working on it and will let you know as soon as we hear back from the correct department and then them telling me multiple times that my withdrawal was approved and that I should receive my check and everything is ok! Even though I explained numerous times that I DO have the check they sent, however it is deemed useless by the bank as it is blocked sad So finally I asked them to just cancel the withdrawal, so I can try by a bank transfer instead. Now they are saying this can take 3 weeks....

    Anyone experience anything similar? I am just surprised as they are listed in a lot of sites as top ones?

    hello there, first of all, sorry for this issue. i've once played at those casino's. but never won a single penny.

    if i may advise you, open a moneybookers account or a neteller account
    they payout time is just in a matter of hours and from there you can withdraw the winning money to your bank-account. much easier and faster and saver.
