    Caution to any new players of Casino Tropez. They offer and promot through three different avenues the Speedy Alert program which is available to all new depositing players. Casino Tropez offers all players who have at least made one deposit to download the Speedy Alert program and receive a $25 bonus deposit that will be credited to your account. In saying this I made my first deposit of $50 three days later downloaded the program speedy Alert and was to expect a $25 bonus to be credited to my account. 5 days went by so I contacted live support in which I was advised to contact support by email in which I did, 2 more days past still nothing so I repeated the procedure still nothing. After four emails to Casino Tropez nothing. I gave up after 10 days of waiting. Please note that as this was false advertising I reported their promotion to fair gaming. Now just waiting for a response.  On the other hand I have played at Delrio Casino and have had nothing more than praise for them. They even send out bonuses that you weren't expecting. smiley smiley smiley

    Just a quick update on the Speedy Bonus Promotional bonus. Received a phone call last evening from Casino Tropez to apologise for the delay in receiving the bonus and that they had added the bonus to my account smiley smiley smiley
