      Hello there.I have a problem on and since last Sunday they were unable to solve it.I receive last week some free spins on Wonky Wabbits.I won 6.15 euros.The free spins worked perfect, but after I tried to play any slot using the winnings from the free spins I kept on receive some errors.I talked to live chat about this and they always tell me that the technical department is checking the problem.One week has passed and I didn't receive any update.I think they don't care  what the problem is.Maybe someone here can help me.
      This happened to me before on RedBet but they just re-added my balance and everything was ok.I attached the errors.

      If they took the cash and re-added it and it was fine, there must be something in their software that prevents free spin winnings being played.  At least they resolved the problem eventually.

      The problem is that they didn't took the cash.This happened to me on another casino.I told them to do the same but they don' I don't know what to think anymore
