        I find that support can be very helpful and informative when making your deposits, but so rude and uninformed when it's withdrawls, i beleive that gambling involves both situations..and they should be just as informed with withdrawls as with your deposits.. i know some can be with both situations, but some suddenly become "dumbfounded" when you want information on a withdrawl or even the "how to" and which is best for us, and what is needed... what's up with that?

        maybe you can find this kind of support with topgame casinos or virtual rtg group.  You wont find this problem at reputable casinos like Lock, cherry red,...

        You would think that they would be kind on withdrawls...it would be more incentive to continue depositing there.

        True tyesmommy - but no casino likes to "give" money out.

        I have to say that I rarely go to live chat unless I'm asking for a freeby for here or trying to find out if they accept USA.

        I guess the casinos just don't like parting with their (our) money.

        I really think the customer support people are NOT even located at the casino "headquarters." 

        They clearly work of scripts.

        Though, I have noticed...even from the same casino...some do seem to know more than others!
