Casinos offering 'one hour free play' - experiences, opinions

I am reading about some casinos who offer much money for like 1 hour playing, and the chances to earn some cash from this. What are your experiences ? Ever won ? Or better to stay away from offers like this ?

Stay away, read terms of these kind of promos, they're really crap in my opinion.

I've played the hour long promos just for fun and I have ended up with a small amount as a "bonus" but I've never bothered to deposit to release the winnings. 

You will certainly need to deposit, so unless you're prepared to throw in some cash to get your winnings, just enjoy the hour long fun.

good part is, if you win the max (usually is 100) you can deposit 20 and play with 120 so its a good bonus
but still have some specific T&C´s that some players dont like it, so what i recomend is read before do it

It's good for fun, and who knows... it might pay off. I agree with everything that's been said here, read the terms carefully, see how it works for you, and be ready to deposit in order to withdraw. Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of the hour long promos. I won only once I think, but I didn't withdraw.

For me, its like playing for fun with a chance to win yourself a nice bonus, which to me, seems better than playing for fun without chance to win anything.

Downside may be that you need to put slightly more effort in reading terms as they are often a bit more complicated (which shouldn't be a problem at all for an experienced casino player).  Also, having limited time means you are to spin fast, and since I like to sit and admire the view if I score a bigger win it kinda takes away a bit of fun when I cannot do it.

Still, if you are willing to read the terms carefully, prepared to make a deposit in case you win, and terms of the bonus are acceptable to you, than yeah, I think you should go for it.

Those 1h free play are great bonuses,i have used many of them and they are great offer from Microgaming Casinos , to catch big bonus.Still they are giving you 100$ bonus for deposit of only 20 to 40$ so you would be playing with 120$  and the chance to win with bigger bonuses are much bigger.I know that the wagering is pretty high X 50 but its worth it ,of trying that big bonus.

and yes always read the Terms and the catch of this bonuses is ,you dont need to play fast ,but you must place maximum bet ,so whats left its yours ,but the maximum you may get is 100$ bonus.But if you are playing with a lower bet they wont give you the bonus,because that way you will have much more credit left .
