        Hi Daniel. I had the same problem on Tues. 4/27/10. Where I won $100 from a free chip after making the playthru at Casino States casino. Then was told to make a deposit of at least $25. So I did and I played it. So the live chat person told me that I will not be able to collect the $100 from the free chip because I played the deposit bonus. I was pretty upset but mostly confused because I'm thinking what would that have to do with my winnings. I did what they said to do which was deposit. Now I think thats very unfair to mislead me by just telling me to deposit and not tell me to NOT play the bonus from the deposit. I don't know if you are affiliated to Casino States but was hoping you could give me some advice or what my options would be. I appreciate your time.

        Hi Bernabe,
        I'm not connected to Casino States in any way, so i think the best will be to contact their representative here on the forum (moderators here can help you with that), or to figure this out with their CS manager.
        I'm not familiar with the way they work or their bonus T&C, so i cannot advice by their name.

        Hi weeknatbernie,

        Rather than remove your post and make the topic look confusing, can I suggest you post your query in Casinos - somebody may be able to offer you some help/advice there.

        Alternatively, Daniel if you would prefer it to be removed - I'm happy to do that.
