        I have 2000 euro in my account.I earned this money from a bonus.I requested a withdrawal and I talked to Live Help.They said that I will receive the money in two days.But my account was blocked.

              One thing has come to mind when looking around the internet for any info regarding your problem and looking at your email.  I read somewhere that you cannot make a bet that is more than a certain percentage of the bonus that you received.

              What was your bonus that you received initially and what was the biggest bet you made?

              I also suggest putting the word "COMPLAINT" in the subject line of any email you send them. They may have to deal with complaints in a different way.  It's worth a try.

              Please tell me which casino it was.

              - are you sure you worked down a wager?
              - did you work your wager on alowed games?
              - since it looks to me like you claimed no deposit bonus, did you fullfill all the terms that are specific for that bonus? (please read them carefully, sometimes they can be scattered all over T&C)
              - see if restrictions that blueday mention exist, and did you placed valid bet amounts in accordance

              Since your account is blocked, it must be that they think you failed to comply with some rule, and the only way you can get answer is from support. Also trying to contact live chat in different time of day can also help (worked for me few times, maybe worth trying).

              im sorry you are having problems, i avoid this casino group now, they are a bunch of rogues in my eyes plain and simple, gl though, hope you get this sorted

              and for everyones information alex was the one that closed my dads account when that incident happened, casino rewards are a bad group that try to use any excuse they can not to pay players, MAX cashout of 4000 a week is just a warning sign, NO casino should have a max withdraw amount what so ever
