        Because this group of casinos not having direct support here in the forum, and I do not know what to do, i come here let my experience with this casino group in question (SILVER OAK) that can help others in the future.
        I redeemed this Coupon 'SUNJAN1' at CatsEye Casino on January 3. I was playing slots and did the playtrough. After that I went to live chat and here is the transcript of that conversation:

        After sending my documents and they have been approved, on January 7 i requested withdrawal valued at $ 135 to my neteller account. On January 14 the cashout was approved however until today February 7 I have received nothing.
        Everytime I go to live chat they say to check the next week if the payment went into my neteller account. I come back here to leave news if i got paid or not.
        If anyone had any cashout  with any casino of this group i would appreciate being told how it goes. Thanks in advance.

        Coincidence or not, I received an email minutes ago from the casino in question apologizing for the payment delay and saying that will do everything to process the payment quickly.

        I'm not so lucky, I have a cashout approved since January 9 at Royal Ace Casino which is also part of the  silver oak group. I already sent emails to the payments department  but they not answer me.
