General Discussions seemed the only place to post this. I have been a vip player at Club World Casino since 2005 and Aladdin's Gold a few months after it opened. Within the last year, they changed their deposit bonus structure, reducing vip slot deposit bonuses from 100% to as low as 65% while raising the playthrough. Also, they have changed the rules on receiving monthly vip no-deposit bonuses and for many players they no longer give a birthday bonus.
After depositing at CW, Aladdins and highnoon this month I recently noticed my comp points were not increasing based on $10.00 played equals 1 comp point. So finally today after further investigation I chatted with support and first told $10 equaled 1 comp point and when I told him I was not get comp points equal to that he further checked with supervisor that advised it is now $25 per 1 comp point. I was not notified of this change and I have to say I would have reconsidered depositing if I had know that as their slots have been tight the last 2 months.
I wanted to notify all players of the change as it makes a huge difference and makes earning comp points much more costly. Not sure who is running this group, but they no longer are giving vip's the perks they say we will get on their website.
Did anyone get an email notifying then of all these changes?

Havent heard about T&C changes for VIP either, but I did notice a decrease in bonus percentages in their daily and special promos for the last month of 2. Most of their special offers are now 65% deposit match which some time ago was their standard unlimited deposit match for slots, you can squeeze out 70% at best but on very special occasions and usually only once to play slots, and wagering on those special offers is increased, though very slightly.

Hey Footdr I have to weigh in here also. I have been a depositing loyal player at CW for years and in my opinion I, too have noticed some changes. Some subtle, some not so subtle. I'm confused as to why they got rid of the wire transfer payment option for US players. In addition, I have noticed the change in bonus percentages as well. I don't want to say anything else before the rep has a chance to say his piece so I'll just wait and see but you do bring up some interesting points.

I'm pretty sure with Tom leaving Club World wasn't coincidence. I'm pretty sure he knew these changes were coming, wasn't happy with them. Then left before they happened. I could be wrong, but that's my gut feeling at least.
Not saying Karolina isn't doing a good job, but I think she's now trying to make the group a bit too profitable for them, and less profitable for the players. -

Chocolateman I've been using a prepaid visa through Ralphs Grocery store. They have their own. I've been using it for about 3 years now, it's the only one I use and I have no problem using it at any of the casinos. Not only that, because my husband's an employee of the company, I never have to pay a reload fee, it's free!!!!! So I got a couple of extra Ralph's reward cards for my girlfriends to use so they wouldn't have to pay the reload fees. If you decide to get a Ralph's reloadable visa I'd be more than happy to send you a ralph's reward card so you don't have to pay the reload fees.

hi all, there is a fair bit of speculation going on here about changes and reasons why people left etc however I can confirm that Tom didn't leave because of any changes that he "saw coming", he actually made some of them before he left. Also Karolina is not making changes to make the casino more profitable for the casino and not the players. There have been some changes put in place in terms of bonus structures and we do reward players for their continued loyalty and support with a range of different bonuses.
In response to the original question, this hasn't changed. The mention of comp points on the promotions page is as follows....
"The starting rate for most games is 1 comp point for every $10 you wager"
This is the base rate and it does change depending on the game played and based on your play with the casino.
I'm confused as to why they got rid of the wire transfer payment option for US players.
Hi bongo, just to respond to this, there were issues with some transfers not making it through which is why it was removed. With the amounts of money involved in these transactions, we take caution with your money and our money in cases such as this. A replacement is already up and running and has been working successfully since it's addition. There really is nothing more sinister about it.
I hope this helps answer some questions on the comp points and other parts. -

Thanks Martyn.
Players should check what percentage of their dollar counts towards comp points based on the game they are playing.
So there is no doubt, here are the details:
Slots, Video Slots, Keno and Scratch Cards - 1.00
Roulette - 0.40
Casino Poker Games - 0.25
Video Poker - 0.20
21 Games, Blackjack, Baccarat, War - 0.10
Craps, Sic Bo - 0.10 -

Martyn, thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't implying anything about the wire transfers but please understand, being in the US it's not easy making deposits and sometimes even more difficult receiveing withdrawals. I made a withdrawal some months ago with CWC using the wire transfer and I liked it so I was disappointed when it was removed. Other than a check, I don't know what is available to US. The whole debit card thing has become a big mess now so we're always looking for alternatives.

im sorry, but why is this acceptable - why is people accepting what martyn said, when clearly people have not been getting the same as they used to, the same as myself - i for one didnt get a birthday bonus either on the 11th, and i dont get the $10 no deposits either now after i deposit - so things have changed.
I now wont be bothering with this casino group again, changes that make us not get things we used to get is unfair, and that stops me as a paying customer from continuing.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention though, but i knew about the changes myself first hand, cos like i said above, i too have not been getting anything. -

The birthday bonus thing was explained to you DreamRJ as follows:
"The Birthday Bonuses are calculated by the system and will depend on how much the player has deposited all time, plus any bonuses, withdrawals, amount wagered etc…
Not all players are eligible for the Birthday bonuses, unfortunately." -

Its accepted because the casino doesn't have to give anything if they don't want. There is no rule to say that they have to give bonus chips for whatever reason.
I too also liked the bonuses that were received after making a few deposits, I also liked the 100% bonuses.
You have to consider what goes with the good and bad. First off there chips are very easy to cash in on. You only have to wager it twice and it has a 10x max. Where else do you know of that has a 2xWR? Of course they cant hand out chips like water. Take jackpot capital at 60xwr and 5x max. They hand out tons of free chips, but I honestly believe that all that free money pumped in the jackpot capital system fluff the system and messes the rtp up because of lots of wins that are never able to be cashed because of either max cashout or playthrough.
I personally have been winning at clubworld, so at this time I don't have a complaint. Now jackpot capital, yes I get a LOT of chips, but can I ever win on a deposit, NO. -

They need better withdrawal options besides checks and paymycard (if you don't have a bank card). OKPAY was good for some of us. That option should still be available but its not. Inetbet has tons of withdrawal options for USA. CWC bonuses are non cashable even at 100% or less. This group doesn't seems to be to USA friendly anymore...

Thanks for the responses.
We are US friendly and we offer our players the best and most secure options for depositing and for withdrawals possible. I am sure there are other methods that we could use but if we don't feel that you would get the best possible service or the option may not be long term then we'd rather take the most secure option.
Chocolateman, OKPay changed their terms with us and pulled out of taking US payments for gambling merchants (if I recall correctly) which is why this is no longer an option. But I agree, it was good while it lasted.
We fully appreciate that it is difficult for US players and we are constantly on the case for new depositing options for our players. It is frustrating for all of us and I am sorry if any of you are not enjoying your play time with us, but I ask you to contact our 24 hour support team for immediate responses for any questions that you may have for deposit and withdrawal options and also for any questions you have about your account, points etc... -

Sorry martyn, i can see you are a nice guy and you are trying to help LCB members for your Casino Group you work for,
But i have to comment, if it wasn't for us customers you wouldn't be operating, also you mentioned contact support. every-time i contact support they always tell me to email - because they are too under trained or do not have any powers to do anything for any players regarding there account - all they can do is tell us our history and total deposited and withdraw totals and so on, and that is about it, oh and in the past they was able to issue the odd free chip, but even this doesn't get done any more.
So yes what is the point in support if all they say is email, then we have to wait over 24 hours for a reply from them then, live chat should be able to do a lot of things that should not require us to then email instead because they can not deal with it - or better still they are in the same office all the teams are, so they should make a system so that support can communicate with the different departments so that then support do not need to tell us to email do they, they could just say hold on a moment, or if the departments or not in at that time, support should say when they are so the player can just come back to support when they are or then choose to email, you see my point martyn, im not picking, but i do get very frustrated when i come to support and all i ever get told is to email all the time. (not good) -

I appreciate both the comments and the honesty DreamRJ. You obviously feel there are some shortcomings with the service that you have experienced so I will pass them on to the CS managers and the bosses here to see what can be done to improve matters.
We do take our customer services very seriously, I know we're not perfect and we have taken on a lot of new staff which could be a reason for some inexperienced answers (not an excuse!) but it's important that we know about this stuff in order to be able to improve.
We are all based out of the same office which is a benefit when it comes to communication. What can go against us though is the time difference between the UK and the US. If your question does need to be referred to another department such as cashier or promotions then depending on the time, it's possible there may be a delay.
I'll follow up on this with the powers that be here and see what I can get done so that we improve. -

1 thing that should be done is make bonuses cashable. This is the only RTG that I know of that don't have 100% or less bonuses that aren't cashable.
Also find better method for withdrawals for USA instead of checks...
PS ALSO LOOSEN UP YOUR GAMES. CWC IS ONE OF THE TIGHTEST I'VE EVER PLAYED AT... -

Actually I find a lot of RTGs that don't have cashable bonuses below 100%.
I prefer for it to be non cashable, because now you throw on extra WR if its cashable. I want the lowest WR possible.
I do agree that they need to be more generous with percentages of bonus. 65% is too low. They used to be great about 100%, so if you have changed at least do 80%.
I disagree about the tightest slot, I give that award to Jackpot Capital, but we each have our own experience. -

I agree that this group is extremely tight ATM. Usually when I trigger a feature I'll win something, but lately when I trigger a feature I'll win Nada Tostada!. Sometimes 4-5 features in row I'll win squat. It's to the point that is not even fun. To be fair I did hit 2 random jackpot s back to back 3 months ago. But since then it's been ridiculously non existent. Maybe is due to come around again soon. Idk super tight ATM. At least from my IP address. Lol

They have been exactly the same for me too drunab - when i get the feature IF i get a feature it gives me 0 or around 5X bet total win average from them, i don't get why RTG can be this cold for this length of time, but saying that if i compare them to other software slots they all can be at times too, but i do think RTG is the worst at tightness.
Why i started playing RTG i have no idea, in the past i just used to do RTG with free chips and i had a rule of never to play my own money in them, and what did i do the start of this year lol, i started doing RTG with my own money - yes i had some ok wins a few times, but they wasn't big or huge cos i do min bet.
But also when casinos like Club World Group stop giving us freebies, it also makes us think why the hell should we continue depositing if we cant win and then to top it off they don't reward our loyalty, it really sucks sometimes and hey what do they care, as long as they get our money they don't give 2 hooters -

I am not happy to hear others experiencing same vip issues as I am but I now know I am not the only one. My last email response from promotions was that just because for the past 7 years I received a birthday bonus "doesn't mean I would continue to receive one". Too bad they reduced vip slots bonuses, too bad they now base monthly vip no deposit bonuses on deposit bonuses taken, not whether you lost your deposit and bonus and your winnings versus your overall loss for the month. They have now stacked the cards "way" in their favor bonus and perk wise, not to mention the poor payout on slots for the past 4-6 months.
I don't see a reason for this except for greed on their part and apparently them not needing our deposits anylonger? -

Yep, i am not bothering any longer either with this casino group - if they valued our loyalty which it is now obvious they do not, when they cant even give us a birthday bonus or any free chips anymore, and all they keep offering is those tiny UNDER 100% matches like 40% - 50% - 60% - 65% - 70% which are totally stupid and a joke it is over for me in this casino.
The only way i would change my mind and maybe consider coming back to playing here again is if they gave us all what we deserve and gave us 100% match bonuses and the free chips again, and birthday bonuses.
But hey this wont happen, i think this group is not going to realize that they are losing customers fast now and maybe wont be able to continue operating if they dont act fast - what happens when other casinos re open the doors to USA too, the USA players will stop RTG in there hundreds, leaving them in a even worser situation than what they are in now, i dont think they are understanding that the clock is ticking for the RTG casinos i think.
this is my opinion though. -

CWC will you PLEASE STOP sending me the same CRAPPY Bonuses Promotions. 65% X whatever I don't want it. Especially if its non-cashable. Get creative and come up with something different for a change.
You are funny ... it is true ... 65% isn't worth a squat ... why would you even consider taking the deposit bonus when it is that low? on a $50 deposit, you are only going to increase your balance to 82.50 and then you have that play through to deal with. $32.50 is not going to give you much of an advantage in terms of playing time if you ask me. You are better off with no deposit bonus at all at that low of a percentage.
