        We opened an account at Vegas Regal a couple years ago under dh's name, but never deposited.  Basically we played the free chip then uninstalled and I never thought of it again until coming here and seeing how much you guys like it.  I reinstalled, and wanted to play there but because it's in dh's name, I wouldn't be able to use my cc's or quicktender.  He doesn't have a quicktender as he doesn't play, plus I want it in my name since I'm the one playing anyway.  So I went to live chat and asked how to change the account to my name (same last names) so I could legally play and not worry about being paid if I won etc.  The chat person told me it's not possible.  I asked to talk to a manager, as I didn't want to open a second account on this computer and create more problems.  He said he would ask, then came back and said the only way to maybe do it is if I create a new account, THEN email security and ask them to close the first one, that they maybe might will do it.  I am hesitant to do this because of the whole 'duplicate accounts' issue, and there is no guarantee security will fix it.  Anyone have experience with this?

        yes, you will just create a new account and contact support to deactivate the old one, then you'll be ready to play.  I played on free chip at Slotto Cash before, then I forgot I already had an account with them and created another account couple month  later.  I contacted support afterward, they just deactivated one of my account.  I played, won and got paid without any problems.
