Cherry Gold, Good casino has gone bad

        Cherry Gold/Free spin casino is a good, reputable group, but they have gone bad recently.  I made several withdrawals with Free spin casino in the past without a problem.  At Cherry Gold, I used all the welcome bonuses in the past without winning.  Recently, I used the $25 free chip and won $100, it's a max cash out for a no deposit bonus.  I sent in all the documents already and I found out later that my account was blocked.  I contacted one of the live chat operator and he told me my account was blocked by the risk team and told me to contact the department later.  Risk team? what?  I have not done anything wrong btw.  I contacted live chat several days later and this operator told me different things.  First, he accused me having multiple accounts, then I told him this is the only account I have at Cherry Gold, then he said I abused the promotions and there's nothing they can do.   
        I have never thought this group of casinos would do this ROUGE behavior.  They would find a reason so they don't have to pay.  If you lose to the casino, your vip level goes up.  If you win, your account will be blocked.  Reminding me of the Rival casinos couple years ago.
        This post is just a warning to all, do not deposit to this group of casinos.  My withdrawal is just a very small amount, $100 - $30 fee = $70.  What if you win a big jackpot there?
        I don't need to fight hard for this money, but I'm just wondering if we can get any help any where because I felt like I talked to a wall.  They said nothing they can do, and that's about it.

        riceman: I deposited in the past

        Frank: like I said there's nothing we can do sir

        riceman: great, if we deposit to your casino, we lose, there'll be no problem

        riceman: if we win, we abuse the promotions?

        Frank: Again sir, there's nothing I can do

        riceman: thank you

        Thanks for the warning.I feel like some of the casinos try to use the ole multiple accounts excuse and if that doesnt work they try the abuse of promotions routine.I really wish there was a way to stop these casinos from doing this to players just to keep from paying them.Granted some players do abuse the casinos but not so in all cases.Rogue behavior  >:(no wonder people dont want to deposit there  8'|
