          At no time did she say that you would definitely get it by the end of the week.  They evade and evade.  All that sorry to keep you waiting too - delaying tactics to even talk to you.  You did what she expected and cut the chat short.

          yeah, its kinda sad that they have to fall to these mesures.. you would think a casino would make their money on the fact that the odds of winning are low as is. My initial deposit was $30 usd with a 250% no restrictions coupon. I hit a bonus and i cashed out at $300 usd. not excactly a large amout to pay out so i thought i wouldnt have as much trouble getting it approved.

          i also have an outstanding withdraw for $584 USD at Cool cat casino, still waiting on an approval from them as well. Funny cause the same excuse keeps getting used "sorry for the delays, but our approval team is behind because of a large amout of requests being processed". seems like a casino would have that sort of thing under control considering the only 2 thing they do is take money deposits and pay out withdraws = P

          19 days later my winnings were finaly approved for withdraw at Cirrus casino. Now i wonder how long it will take to see the money? I spoke to Ingrid (Casino rep) about the delays yesterday and magicly today the've been approved! I dont know for sure if she was behind it, but all i was told it would be next week before i'm approved? I still have my other withdraw at Cool Cat that is still collecting dust (14 days now).

          i have a pending withdraw from party city casino (same admin and same chat operators) from 12/28/2009  it is "aproved" in 01/29/210.
          But i not get my moneyyyyyyyyy every chat sesion the aswer is the same "your request should be paid mid next week" or "should be paid by the end of next week". someone aready have withdraw money from FREE CHIPS from this casino?????????

            Hmmm.  It's not going anywhere is it.  Maybe they are hoping you will reverse your win before they pay you out. 

            The only thing that I have seen suggested is to go to live chat every day without fail and harrass them by email too.  Just keep digging at them until they pay you out.  As long as you know that everything is in order i.e. no duplicate accounts, no double free chips etc they have no reason not to pay you. 

            Make it painful for them and make them accountable.
