        I received an email yesterday from CityClubCasino for a promotiions that said
          3 wishes get on chat & say OPEN SASAME to get your wish.

        The chat support was not on all day ( try in the morning , pm and evening)  Send email to support no rsponse.

        Miracle today chat support is back !! Contact them : I am told that it was yesterday promo. not available today.  Ask why no response from support  tech. problems was the answer.
        Told them I was disappointed with the way support response to the situation.
        Was told it is online casino problems arise but if I wanted they could offer me a new promo for today.  I said no too many no go with them.  Then offered me the yesterday promo. which I still do not know what it is about ( guess deposit bonus0

        Although I really like Playtech I had my worst experience with City Club Casino.
        I receive via email after having deposited several times with them, went to online support, asked for T&C.
        I was told that it was a 20X (dep+bonus), bonus non cashable, no other restrictions, besides playing blackjack, roulette etc.
        After depositing and completed the playthrough, I was told that the support was wrong and that the playthrough was 40X !!!!
        I was stupid enough to accept and kept on playing, managed to make the rollover again and made a few good hits and tried to make a withdrawal of 850 Euros.
        After 10 days they informed that all my winnings were void, due to playing restricted games!!!!!!
        The  restricted game was a progressive slot, that you may not play, but they won't let you know until after you have won.
        After 2 weeks of email going back &  forth they just credited my deposit back and since then they are on my black list

        Makes you wonder just what yesterdays bonus really was. Sometimes i think they make things up as they go along. At first you were not offered it which is wrong it was due to "tech" issues.

        Then when ya don't what today's promo they offer you yesterday!!! If they can't tell ya what the promo is up front then i can't help but believe they just made it up!

        I had too at City Club and Crown Europe (sister) very bad experiences. First they Spam you every day with several Mails. Then they do Promises, like freemoney is waiting in your account, and if you go to livechat they tell you something about a 100% deposit bonus. And if you say the email statet another thing they will call you Bonushunter and something like this.
        Then they did change theire bonus rules, yoo can only withdraw 20 times the deposit you did!!!
        Sorry but in this case can the bonus be 1000% i wouldn't use it.
        I tried several Times to close my accounts, i did send mails with a copy from my Id and ask for closing. They did ignore it constandly!!!!
        I did many times unsubscribe from theire mails with no effect.
        After all i did Contact ANTIGUA GAMING COMPLAINTS and did tell them my Problem, no answer:-( The Gaming Licence are from them i think.
        Then i was so frustratet and i went to call City Club UK number.
        I did explain my problem there and i did tell her that this is one of the rare Playtechcasinos who doesn't are trustworth. In my opinion they are Scammers and Spammers!!!!
        i did tell her that i did contact Antigua Gaming and the only thing i wont is to close my account!!! Then maybe ten minutes later my account at City Club was closed. I have to do the same again at crown Europe, puhhh!!!! The first request to close my accounts is more than 1 year ago!!!
        I really dont recommend this both Casinos, the only thing you will get is to lose your time and money for frustration!!!!
        Please be careful to play there and read the terms from time to time again, they change theire rules like theire slips!!!!
