Players with positive balance on their casino account are kindly asked to contact Class 1 Casino support on email@example.com to be able to process their funds immediately.
So there is still hope for the players. (Which doesn´t change anything in my personal opinion about this casino and their politics off silence for 2 weeks)
At least, as you say, there is hope for the players. It's very frustrating to have a credit balance at a casino and not be able to get your hands on it plus not get any replies to emails,
