    Talk about crappy service! I had a question about my account as i have not played this site in months now.Thought mybe by now thier support got better.Well it is just as crappy now as bad then. Went into live chat and was typeing my question and then the chat was ended without an answer.So i went back in it and got this:

    Please wait for a site operator to respond.

    You are now chatting with 'support'

    Chat session has been terminated by the site operator.

    This happend 3 more times as i tryed again. What kind of service is this?

    I've moved your post from Direct Casino Support as you are not a rep and cannot post new threads in that section.

    Sounds like you need to select a better casino.  That is very poor behaviour by online help/chat.
