    I know many of you tried the free $25 from this casino last couple weeks already.  I played that $25 also, but lost it all.  Just wondering if any of you won on their free chip and how is their payout?  are they legit?

    I received an email from them today with 200% deposit bonus this weekend.  Tempting to make a deposit, but I want to hear your opinions about this casino first.

    have good bonuses, but max cash out is only 10x the bonus
    withdrawal take 5-10 business days (most likely 10 business days imo)

    they are not legit!!!! i made there playthrough over two weeks ago.they have not even confirmed they recieved my id yet!!! i even got an email telling me that the fact im talking about them will not get me my money!DO NOT DEPOSIT.

    I just read some info about Cleopatra's palace at other forum and they said that Cleopatra's palace belong to the same owner who own Mightyslots, Slotnuts group of casinos.  And there's one player who winning didn't get paid and he couldn't login to his acct afterward.  With new RTG casinos coming out, do a little research before depositing with them.

    was reading comments here and wondering if anyone knows for sure that Cleopatra's palace is owned my MightySlots, Slot Nuts, Plenty Jackpots?? I know from experience that these people are A RIPOFF company. Don't pay don't respond to emails or phone calls. If Cleopatra's Palace and Royal Sands are owned by the same company I am done playing there too. Is there any place that is safe to play anymore?

    Personally Cleopatras Palace customer service  sucks. 30 minute waits on live chat nobody answering the phone, leaving on hold for 20-30 minutes. (I finally hung up and emailed) wonder if they will reply?
