I agree, that is definately rogue behaviour. I don't think those kind of casinos should even exist. I have NEVER heard a single positive thing said about this casino. The sad part is, someone will come along and not know any better, and get sucked into their trap.

Cleopatra palace and Lucky18 are brothers now, lol.  Winning will never get paid.

I took second place in the tournament and based on what I read I will not bother playing with the money I won and they put in my account. I contacted customer support to ask if there were restrictions on the money I won and they said the winnings were points. They could not explain what that meant. I am sorry I wasted my time playing in thsi tournament and wont play anymore.  >:( >:( >:( >:(
