I am playing here the promo of every thursday , when finally finished the wagering requirements the casino delete my balance is a very dirty play from them, claiming that the time is over when it is not true .. hopefully no one here to play

they sent me email that my account has been verified correctly , the chat miss helped me through the cashout process very well, i deposited 20 euros and cashed out all to cashout deposit plus 50 euros winnings from the thursdays rush bonus of 10...the chat miss also told me to not accept the bonus match offer too which i didnt know she was waiting and watching all i was doing and helping me all the way,  they emailed me twice too saying withdrawal was correct and that i will receive my money in 96 business hours, so will be thursday or friday this next week.... for now is all fine...

i guess the problem that had mapluche was playing at jackpot slots or a game that was restricted, i played at halloween fortune slot not a jackpot one all the way so my winnings were accepted, or... maybe he played the thursday rush and ended the waggering on friday, thats not accepted either, they have rules, if u dont follow them right they wont pay, is always the same at all casinos, for me they also told me they reviewed my gambling and accepted it, since i played an only allowed game to meet the bonus at its time too.
