did anybody have a headache trying to send your docs to club world group, but keep getting rejected?
I scanned my ID, CC, all other docs at Fedex Kinko, they all looked clear to me, but club world said they looked fuzzy, . None of other casinos rejected my documents before, but club world group. I rescanned and resent them my docs, and will wait for them to approve it on Mon next week. They problly reject it again because I scanned the docs like I did before. It costs me about $10 or more every time I do the rescan. My withdrawal is only $200 and if they make me rescan 20x, I problly just forget about this cash out, lol.
I can use a camera to take pics of the docs, but I do not have one.

Hi Taaa,
I have not sent in docs to Club World but i have to Lucky Red. Being that they are sister sites and it is all from one main office i would think it is the same. I have not had a problem thankfully. Although it has bee some time since i sent them in.
I am wondering why you go thru the hassle of kinko. I take pictures of my docs on my cell and email them to casinos.

I have my own scanner/copy/fax machine.. but sometimes i have had them say they are fuzzy, so i do what lips does and take a picture with my cell, but i also have a nice digital camera, so if that don't work i take a picture with that.. then if that don't work i have my pc cam.. lmaoo..
A long time ago i went through UPS store and at that time i was told the fax was blurry.. they might be telling the truth..
Taaa borrow a friends cell and take the picture, send it to your email so you can have copies of your own and see them for yourself. -

I had them reject a set of docs I had been using for all the other online casinos. Ended up having to use a digital camera for everything. The good news is these casinos are very quick paying once you do get the docs correct. I really love the aladdins gold / club world / manhattan slots for that. Normally it's next day with ewallet express unless it's the weekend.

That is a shame taaa, just don't give up hope here. This group once you get settled is very reliable. I trust them more than any other casino. I literally get paid in a matter of hours.
Be patient and get over this hump. I think you will be happy once you do. And please contact the rep here to help you out.

My learned lesson was they might accept verification form and utility bill by scanning, but ID and credit cards have ZERO chance of being accepted if you scan them.
I hope things will be all good...
Many great suggestions and hopefully they will accept your docs this time.
I learned from these posts something I didn't know about sending docs...

OMG Taaa...Ridiculous, this is!
I would go to a kinkos again, scan them put them on a disk, and send it to them that way!
A scan isn't blurry....
EDIT: I just saw that you already scanned them at Kinkos
This is a delay tactic if I ever seen one. Shame on them, they are a reputable group.

i sent more documents than they should or could possibly get...govt id, faxback, cc scans, lease balh blah blah
after 30 or so emails all i got for my time was every excuse not to pay out, a locked acct and a 'tough noogies'...i will never recommend this group
i wish you well, but suggest an rtg that says 'cool, got your docs, ty, heres your money' like Lock or BP -

I agree dtsweet, I don't play at Club World Casinos for different reasons. My account was locked with no explanation. Their CS was short, rude, and not very helpful.
I have my docs on file at BP. That is the only casino I play with from now on. Sure they got some maintenance issues, however their CS and Management are top notch IMO.
Good luck TAAA, I hope they don't keep giving you the runaround, and I hope we will hear a happy ending to this drama soon.

I am flabbergasted that this is happening to players. I literally turned in my docs one time which was completely hassle free! I not sure if they have gotten tuffer or using delay tactics.which i have never felt from them in my personal experience.
May i ask you what exactly are the documents you are sending in. Also if you get a pics from a cell sending them via email then you must have a copy for yourself. How do they appear to you?
I took pics from my cell and laid the docs on the table and snap the pics directly over it. Zoom in the pic before taking so that the doc is legible.
When sending pic to your email and saving it, view it and enlarge or crop as necessary.
Have you spoke to the rep here about this problem? I really hate to see this happening because they have been so reliable and quick payouts for me.

I sent docs for each card in a single email, and before I sent in the 4th one, I received a rejected email already that all cards looked blur. Yes, I contacted clubworld Rep here at LCB, he asked me to retake pics in different angles. I'll try to do it again tomorrow when I can borrow a camera from a friend.
I'd prefer to scan my cards by the scanner, but I know my docs have zero chance of being accepted -

how long ago did you send your docs medtrans?
Well it was quite a while ago. Probably more than a year. Maybe they have changed the way they do things. I play at this group all the time. Never had a problem with a payout and they are fast. I use quicktender. Hopefully once you get past the document problem you will have the same experience I have had with them.

I think you should ask for clarification as to what exactly is the problem with the scans/pics - they won't be blurred or you wouldn't send them! I would also ask what application they are using to look at them with - it could be a problem there. I'm just clutching at straws here Taaadaaa. You must be pulling your hair out.

yeah, problly will send them 5 copies of each card next time, lol. If they still reject the docs, then I might hire a professional photographer to take the pics of my cards, lol, but wait, the money I will have to pay for a professional photographer is more than the amount of my cashout at manhattan slots.

Like medtans i have to agree with her 100%. Although i too sent them in about a year ago. I think here what my be a good tip for anyone wanting to play at a casino....
Send in your docs first before making a deposit. I bet ya they will accept them a hell of a lot faster because they want your deposit verse sending them in after a withdrawal request.
Just as a side note......i love this group and have not been happier with than any group i ever played at. Once you start rocking they are good as gold!

I am super duper surprised to hear this about Club World.
I have my own scanner here and sent them my docs just once, with no problems whatsoever. Everything went as smoothly as a newborn's ass.
On top of that, I find it difficult to believe with todays technology, that a digital scan/ photo of your documents, would be illegible. I mean, you literally have to try and screw things up in order to make it that fuzzy. If anything, its delay tactics on their end. But again, I have to say, I'm very surprised to hear this about ClubWorld, as I've always had my cashouts there completed in timely manner -

Aladdins Gold rejected my DL photo last week (same photo has worked at every other casino and poker site known to man).. they also insist I send in the faxback cc form, yet I only deposit with quicktender.
They are a part of the club world group, right?
All the same.. $500 in deposits over two days and they could only squeeze me out a $25 freebie..
