This is not really a complaint, more a question. This weeks ND listed for Club World....

When I tried to redeem the coupion it was denied and I was told by chat it was for new players only.

Is this the case and if so is it possible it could be noted by the code? I have noticed this beside other codes.

It would be nice to see a coupon for depositing players.

Can the rep please comment on this to clarify.

I am speaking of the code posted on the LCB - ND codes for this week. If you have a look at the page you will see the code - CWC20FREE for Club World. When attempting to redeem I was advised it was for new players only. If that is the case it would be nice to see a promo for depositing players!!
