    hi. I just wanted share my experience with VIPlounge and redeeming comp points. I played a $35 free chip, and after just a couple hours was over $35,000! Knowing the reputation of these casinos,having only deposited once, i decided not to even try cashing out, but playing out the balance over the week to build up comp points. (over 5000) I have no idea how the point conversion works, but about a week later i tried to redeem them, and was told that since most of them were earned off of a free chip, they were all taken back except for 1 ($1)! I told them to keep it and close my account.

    I'm sorry for the let-down... but glad that you touched on this topic.

    It's been my experience that *all* the casinos know precisely how many comp-points are earned from "free-chips" versus "deposited money"; and *none* of them will convert "free-chip-earned comp-points" into more free chips for us to play with.

    Unfortunately, they don't provide us with this same insight... so the only way to know whether you have comps coming is to strike-up the chat line.

    I have to agree with you SAMoh1.  I haven't had any trouble with these 5 that you mentioned.  I'll let you know if my w/d is approved once I send in my docs.
