how do rival casinos calculate the comp pts? is it like for every dollar you spend will get you 1 pt?  $1000 = 1000 pts for example.  Or it will be different with each casino based on your vip level?
Since we don't know the progress of our playthru, we can guess our playthru progress based on the comp pts we get if we know exactly how compt pts are generated.

if we can have rival casino reps comment in here, that would be great

this is true with Vegas Regal casino, for every dollar u wager equal 1 pt you get.  I beat the high playthru and cash out $660, ohooo, back in the winning mode for 1st time in two months with vegas regal.

"For every $1 you spend, you will earn a specific number of comp points depending on the game you are playing and your account status. When you earn 1000 comp points you can start cashing them in for real money. Every 1000 comp points is worth $1."

Hope thats of some use.  That was quoted to me on "live help".

It depends on the casino, and your VIP status.
At Sloto I now get 3 points for every $1 wagered.
Some of them also give more comp points for the I-slots than for the normal videoslots.
I think it is DaVinci's where I get 3 points for i-slots and 2 points for 3 and 5 reel videoslots.
What I do is, I check in the lobby how many points I have exactly and write it down.
Then I open a game and wager $1 exactly, then I get back to the lobby and check how many points are added.

great info, thanks blueday and slotbeuker

I had 7000 pts when I started to play with Vegas Regal, playthru needed was $22000.  I was able to cashout when my comp pts reach 29000 pts, lol, thats why I thought every dollar I spend with vegas regal will get me 1 pt.

what I do (because I use the comps to check my playthrough) is
        1. write down number of comps
        2. open a slot machine and count the number of spins I do
3 multiply the number of spins by the bet I was making
4 work out how many points I earned and compare to the rise in my comps

PS - some casinos use a tiered system so when you are on level1 you get 1 point per dollar and then when you reach, say, level 10, you start accumulating comps faster, in which case my method doesn't work.

oh, and just to reply to myself AGAIN! I think that the Rivals have the best comps system out of all the casinos that I have played (I have played at A LOT!) some of them are really pathetic, especially some of the playtech casinos! Just another reason why i LOVE Rival casinos!!!!!

        Hi Gang,

This is just a quick note:

Different Rival Casinos use Different Comp systems.
At each Rival Casino there can be different levels of comp points. Some casinos give more comp points to VIP players, etc.

        I hope that helps
