coral casino good n bad

hi all.

in the past i have given coral casino good reports however i am now  gonna tell u what has been happening lately,

i have tried a few coral promos in last 6 months first one was for a slot on games was bet a tenner and get a tenner back i complained to live help when the slot came up saying an error the live help said they would refer to technical support , i got back to them when i had no reply 3 days later still was told technical help looking into it.  i then rang coral a week after this thinkng i might have more luck over the phone i got a vere friendly and helpful lady that apolgised and promised me a phonecall the next day funny i nver heard anything from them

i did however check the slots and suddenly they were workign for euro customers haha

i then decided to risk another promo
i tried that one and dep a  tenner just to play that promo
and guess what it was the other way round
was a euro slot that suddenly decieded to give me an error so i went to live help yet again
they finally got back to me 5 days later with an apology saying they had credited me my 20c haha after the promo i had dep 10 euro for in the first place was over.

if u are dep nearly every week the last month u esxpect a casino to at least reply with a decent answer to your live help query , all i got was we fixed ur round that went wrong 5 days later we have credited u with 20c haha, i love  coral but come on u want loyal customers like i have been treat em better than that :s

i might add that i cant even get into my own account tonight all i get is system error for a good site with fast withdrawals they need to fix the errors the having very quickly as if they do i will be playing
there just as much as i do paddy power one of my other favourites but i wont until theyu fix all the problems i am having  with this site sort it out coral or u will lose a lot of customers

There's nothing worse than casino software errors.  Being a huge company like Coral, I would have thought they would have had their "house" in order.

Did they recently upgrade their software?  Are these the only times this has happened to you or is it a common thing?

twice i have had errors under there game sections when trying to play there promos. The first time although i went to live help loads of times and rang for an update i didnt get one.
The second time was the time i received 20c back after 5 days waiting then a couple of days later i couldnt even log in without an error.
Its working fine again now but its frustrating to get so many errors without even an explanation especially when you are depositing to play a specific promotion and that promotion has ended by the time the error is finally fixed. 
I would give up on it however as i said i do enjoy the casino and apart from that everything else is good on it.

Hmmm that is weird .  Could be they were conducting software upgrade or something.

Did they manage to locate the issue?

It is pretty poor that all you got was your 20c after 5 days of waiting for an answer.  I'm very surprised at Coral.  Glad you enjoy their casino though and everything is working ok now.
